I placed a online order went and picked up, and the store stated never received the order, after the woman telling me she had the order. Come to find out it was NOT my order, she continued to make other subs, while I waited. They would not cancel my order, I was told to call customer service to cancel the order as they could not. This is the second time this store has failed with online ordering. Now, I have jump through hoops. Never again subway.
Great food and great wonderful staff
Found a piece of human hair in my food. Called the manager and never received a call back. Will never eat at this or any subway ever again since they lean over your food to make it and this is how hair falls in it.
Unprofessional service, we got out subs and they were correct but they were out of many things (that I could very obviously see.)
This subway is absolute trash.
Two employees thought that arguing behind the counter was more important than making the subs and when they finally did make my sub it tasted like cardboard. I’ve never had subway be this bad before
Another horrible experience here. When we walked in employees were just goofing around and didn't even start on our online order we placed 20 min prior. We placed order from car, because of an online only deal. Gave them 20 min and walked in. No other customers were even in the store the entire time. This is the last time we visit here.

Order was wrong! Ordered 3 sandwiches all were wrong 3 weeks ago!! Still haven’t been reimbursed or called with ANY concerned. Talked with Corporate was promised compensation still NOTHING!!PITIFUL!! Never going there again!
