This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had....They were out of lettuce, the Icee machine had an out of order sign, there was a continual beeping and one of the machines said something about the bin being full, there was a bell to ring if no one was up front for service, there was no coffee, a woman had to ring the bell to ask for a knife to cut her bread because it was too tough, and the cucumbers were froze.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I don't appreciate being rushed when no customers are in there except for me and manager staring me downand giving me dirty looks. I will never gothere agsin

I'm a delivery driver and even the worst dives in this entire city have better hygiene than this store. I literally told the customer to just ask eat street for thier money back. Slimy wet lettuce, the glass was up and flies were just in literally everything the entire time the worker was in the back, there were flies everywhere, nothing was in stock, it took ten minutes to even get someone out to the front to make the order. Dismissive service. Disgusting store.

It was terrible...nobody was up front, coughing had to get the 2 employees from the back..I work in the food industry and I would get fired hiding in the back from customers that's just unacceptable...then he wasn't friendly at all like I was bothering him...sad...he should work somewhere else..maybe a job where he can hide somrwhere

I ordered a delivered catered lunch for my bridesmaids ON MY WEDDING DAY. Lunch never showed up. I called the Subway catering line and they called the store. The person working there said they couldn't find my house when they tried to. They then said that they didn't have data on their phone so they couldn't delivery because they didn't have GPS. At this point we had to be at the church in a half hour. Luckily I had other food to offer my bridesmaids. This was the most ridiculous things I ever heard and this place is horrible. NEVER depend on this location.

I was overcharged. I told the cashier, he denied it. After I did the math out loud for the both of us he admitted it BUT told me there was nothing he could do, they weren't allowed to do refunds. I said, that isn't acceptable, you can't just overcharge me then keep the money. He offered me more food, I said no and I want my money, not a lot of money but on principle. He then gave me money out of his tip jar. I told him he shouldn't have to do that but I took it and told him I would call the manager and talk to them about it, mistakes happen and they have to have a way to fix it. I called and spoke to the manager, she was rude from the beginning. She told me employees weren't allowed to do refunds because too many of them were stealing, but they could leave a note and the manager would do a refund. I said if that's the case why wouldn't the employee just have done that and if they can't trust their employees to not steal from them how do I know they won't steal from me, and how can I trust them to maintain sanitary conditions? She hung up on me. I was at no time nasty, vulgar, or loud. I called back and asked who her supervisor was, she told me she didn't have one. I said I was pretty sure she wasn't the highest ranking employee in the whole Subway system. She then gave me the name of the owner and told me if I could figure out how to get a hold of him I could talk to him. I called a different subway who was owned by the same person. They told me they would have him call me. I never heard from him. Again, it was only a couple dollars but that was seriously some of the most ridiculous business I've ever seen.

Love going when they are having a good sale, delicious food.
