Horrendous customer service. Ordered a sandwich online and went to pick it up. Employee working said they never received the order. It was the correct location and I showed her where it charged my account. She then said she remembered making the order but she gave it away to someone else. She then refused to make it again and basically said there was nothing she could do. I paid for the sandwich and she said she made it and gave it to someone else, so I don't think I was being unreasonable. She had to call the manager because they were not on site. She said she couldn't make me my sandwich unless her manager said it was okay. Why was there no manager on site? Why was it such a hassle to get the sandwich I paid for when I showed proof of purchase and correct location?

The African American JACKIE women is so rude. She was yelling when we walked in and I was talking to my kids on the phone and she comes to me and tells me to leave if I'ma keep yelling ?? As. She's screaming on top of her lungs at me makes my 2 yr old start crying bc she thought she was yelling at her... I'm confused and stuck asll. Like ??? What?? The place smelled horribly like BO.

Food great! always fresh looking veggies! Fresh bread.Customer service needs a face lift! Not all the workers. The younger lady that works the lunch shift at this location, very professional. Her team member a older colored lady raises her voice to people. Treats people mean. The lady must of been here before, she asked a question and was afraid that the young lady went to ask the older lady if a customer could get here order a certain way. Lol the customer was like oh no! Don't do that. I changed my review cause of the poor service.

African American lady that works there is the worst. Went there to order 5 sandwiches for my family and could tell she was bothered from the start. Didn't bother greeting back after I said hello. When I asked if I could get meatballs in a cup for my son who doesn't eat bread she said no she couldn't do that. Then I told her other subway shops do it and just charge as if it where a 6 inch sandwich and her response was " let me put it this way, I don't want to do that". So, I walked out before I had to pay and let her keep all the sandwiches she had already made. I will make sure to warn friends and family of that horrible Subway. Will also be making a review with BBB.

A couple of years ago, towards the beginning of the pandemic, there was horrendous customer service. When I arrived, I saw two workers not wearing masks; we were under a MANDATORY mandate. When I got to the counter there was a latina girl about high school age which she never did pull up her mask when I was taking my order. I'm not a very loud speaker and with my mask on, it was even more quite but instead of politely asking, "Is it ok if you speak a little louder," the latina girl rudely says, "Speak Louder." I understand it was a weekend but don't be rude and snotty towards other people. Iwas severely disappointed. When they finally made my food the other person, (probably the manager) finally pulled up her mask. These people need to be taught CDC guidelines and retrained for customer service. I actually hope the latina girl was fired. I actually seen her in school and ahe is a troublemaker. Smh

Reading the statement on the page by the owner, makes it HARD to believe. The experience I had at Main Street does not live up to their standards, or maybe it does. Then reading the various other individuals who had similar experiences at the SAME place; tells me that the OWNER condones this behavior. Well I suggest everyone to use the power of your dollar and give it to different business. It is OBVIOUS the owner could care less.

The two people that were working tonight were Absolutely Amazing. I had gotten there like 10min before they were closed. I could tell they were like are you serious, but they greeted us with a smile and not once made us feel that we are an inconvenience.

I hadn’t had subway in years and today I was craving it. So I thought I would pop over on my lunch break and grab a sub... WRONG!This place has absolutely no sense of urgency. The line of people was out the door and it was unbelievable how slow these employees moved. Stick to jimmy johns or try a different location if you don’t want to wait 20 minutes for a sub. I walked out and went back to work hungry and disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady there kicked out a family for a 1 year old not wearing a mask?!? The CDC clearly states that no one and I may repeat NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 2 is required to wear a mask. They had to wait ten minutes for the lady to get off of her phone. Then proceeds to tell them to go to walmart and buy a kids mask. Shame on them do better. Simply do better.

This location put frozen chicken on my sandwich and toasted for one minute and it was still frozen
