The lady with tattoos is very nice but the white gentleman with long blonde hair and a receding hairline is very rude I come in asking for my online order which said it was done 15 mins ago but it wasn't which is fine but I asked him respectfully if they had gotten my order and snapped that had but the hadn't made it yet I also saw him borate another customer and yell at a dude for sitting and waiting to order cause the line was long guy should shape up I get everyone has bad days but it's never that serious
On google it says they are open with confirmed hours and on their website it says it would close at 2am tonight. I mobile ordered and showed up 15 mins later at 12:30am just to find that the doors are locked. They let me and someone else in and they did not make my sandwiches until I arrived. It’s like they thought I wouldn’t show up ? then when other people walk in they shout “WE’RE CLOSED” & when everyone says they have an online order they make it anyways. I don’t get it. I had to wait another 15 mins in store but my sandwiches were ok. The managers need to decide on operating hours.
24 hours? I enter the parking lot at 9:30 p.m. and I see I crew worker rush to the doors and lock them as I park. Maybe they should get rid of the big sign that says “24 Hours”
Sandwich Artists? What a joke. This particular Subway is a disgrace. The food is gross. The customer service is terrible and the price just keep going up to maintain such a low quality establishment. Just close your doors and make room for something else worth our money.
Overpriced. Skimps on meat and cheese but piles on the vegetables. Never mentioned an upcharge for fresh mozzarella and seem to have an attitude when I asked them to put my sandwich back in the toaster so my cheese would be melted. I'd rather eat at McDonald's across the street
The person working really needs to work on making a sandwich. Mine looked horrible when I opened it. Bread was hard.
Worst service ever. Closed down when they were suppose to be open because the food truck was coming soon. Truck wasnt even there yet.Tgese qorkers are so lazy. Cant even make your sub correctly while you stand on the opposite side of the glass. Horrible place. Only come here because its the closest to home.Would recommend taking your money else where.
Mobile ordered and had to wait 45 minutes because he kept helping the other people. Asked for a refund and got denied.
Clowns working here. Online ordered two subs, 6:52pm on 10/29 pick up for 7:10pm. I arrive at 7:15pm, no subs….. wasn't packed at the time. One guy making subs another hiding out in back. Had to sit and wait another 15 min for my subs to be made, ridiculous! As i waited, I see a workers sub and drink awaiting him on a side table, only fuels my rage at this point. Two girls come in as well at this time. Guy in the back just keeps on not helping. Girls waited for about 10-15 min before even being acknowledged. Never again will i be back to this Subway. I feel silly writing this, but i wanted to go full management on these yahoo’s to make them understand this is not rocket science. Customer satisfaction drives return business.
I stopped this morning 11/8/21 at 0638 lights out no one in the store and door was unlocked. Opened the door yelled 3 times no one answered and no cars behind the store. If you cant get the help, the franchise owner should be there especially if the store hours both on the door and online show open 24hours a day 7 days a week. Maybe next time I will just make my own sub amd leave the money on the table. What a joke.
