The subway on 1705 S Webster Ave Suite B, Green Bay. Has failed me many times this is the third time I have been to this subway and they have messed up something on my order…this time The lady took the cold cut meat and placed it on me on my moms one by one so we got half the meat ur suppose to get and we asked “isn’t there suppose to be more meat” and she said “what” and my mother repeated herself and she looked at us and continued making our sandwich while the manger watched the entire thing. I am very disappointed in the subway and I just think you need to hire better workers or just close down..doesn’t matter to me anymore because I will not go back to this subway any longer with the service I have experienced on many occasions
Generally very fond of Subway, but the Walmart West Green Bay location is perpetually a nightmare. The veggie containers and the veggies themselves are not up to par, the credit card machine is regularly out of service and the staff are not friendly, even when you go out of your way to be super nice to them. Very apparent they would rather be anywhere else but at work.
Always fresh awesome breads and all the extras to go on your sub.

I would not even give this location a star period if I could. I walked out today empty handed and will never step foot in here again. It was 4pm and 1 customer inside dining. I walked in no employees had mask's on. One employee was on a guest chair with his leg flung over the chair. Never got a greeting and looked at me like I was interrupting his phone screen time. The other employee came up front and started a conversation about how she's not f___ intaken a covid test. She continued to claim they stick the dam thing up your nose and they cause cancer. She also claimed cigarettes weren't a problem, food preservatives we're. She's uneducated and should share her thoughts after work on her own time, not mine. She's was loud, rude and obnoxious. Awful customer service but it looks like previous comments you already know this. Does subway have a dress code? It's a shame because it's a nice building and great location.
It's a subway. Over priced compared to others I've been to nearby it does have a kick back lounge(maybe that's why it's a little more expensive) , there is a lot of seating in general, it's a long rectangular store, plenty place to sit without being so close to anyone else.
I was the one in the store with my family today. We waited to have some come out to make our subs for about 5 minutes. All we got was you two employees fighting on who had to clean up and weird looks. Pretty sure they had no intention to serve us. Customer service is bad. Would not go their again
I love the 2 employees there I can't remember their names but they are there all the time and ALWAYS have a smile and are super friendly no matter how busy they are. I will edit this review once I get their names. Plus the food was great. Fresh and hot ?

Nice newer store. Staff was good. Only thing was I found out they discontinued some of my favorites, like roast beef.
