Multiple times I have went there at 8:30 pm. Sign says open till 9. If the door isn't already locked they have to get several items back out of the cooler to make my sandwich. Terrible work ethic from the employees. Also they have the music so loud they can't hear you to take your order. Worst subway I've ever been to. Will no longer be going there
8am rolls around, order breakfast Thur the app. Go to pick it up around 9, not open... Figure I grab it cold around noon on my next break.Noon rolls around and least want to check to see if it's there or order something else... Gets turned away since they don't have bread made...Think there is a different sandwich shop I be checking out tomorrow that I know is ready for the lunch hour rush
Open hours, we tried to go in but door was locked. Staff saw us trying to go in and then she resumes sweeping the floor. We went through drive thru, did the touch screen ordering. Guy in front of us drove off screeching. We pulled up to the window, employees saw us and walked passed the window. 6 mins we waited at that window before we drove off.
The last three times I’ve tried to eat here: First time they were out of bread!! Second time they had no grilled chicken (they did have teriyaki chicken so at least worked ok), Third time I went into the store to order and they said they needed to “get everything ready” so they aren’t taking orders right now. I literally could not order any food even though it was 5:30pm on a Monday. I’ve never had a place straight up tell me they can’t take any order. Unbelievable!
Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch footlong with extra bacon and extra cheese.. it had sweet onion sauce instead of ranch.. one extra piece of bacon and not much cheese.. what a mistake going there instead of Wendy’s

The touchscreen on the drive thru has a slow, cumbersome interface. But the food was alright.
I ordered the meal of the day. I was told the deals are not valid. I pointed out their large signs that described/showed 'deal of the day'. They got really really upset. I mean extremely unhappy. The manager came out and angrily changed the meal of the day posters, they had two. I ordered something else and left. Later at a traffic light, someone honked at me. I looked behind and the manager was there. I was at the red light. The light turned green and I crossed the street, put my hazard lights on, and parked at the side of the road. I am around 90 to 95% sure it was her at the traffic light. Horrible experience but I love Subway ?. So I will not go back at this location but hey there are other Subway locations (•‿•)
This subway manages to mess up my order 100% of the time. I literally just got done telling them they were adding too much mayo for the girl to tell me "you said Xtra" and continue adding mayo!! Usually the employees are at least nice here but they were very rude this time around and making markings like "ew" to what my mother wanted on her sub. In the future, I'll be going to a different location even though this one is only a block away .
Shut this place down!
