For some reason I always get my drinks iced, doesn't matter what I order or how I order it. The service is friendly just wish my hot drinks would be hot.
The turkey pesto sandwich was awful. There was 2 pieces of turkey so much pesto on it I couldn't taste anything and one red pepper won't recommend to anybody.
Order mobile order and waited more than 20 after I got there. I ordered 10 min before even getting to the store. A lady in front of me waited 30 min. Stop taking drive they orders when you’re that far behind. I know staffing is a nightmare everywhere but then make adjustments to how you operate.
One of the slowest drive thrus my husband and I have ever been to. More than 15 min. waiting!!

Very Unorganized, waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order to not be told the store was out of a product. Mobile app still shows I am able to order the item. They just left the cups empty and did not offer a re fund for them, until I had to ask for one.
Coffee always good. Average serving time is 2.5 minutes per vehicle. Stood in line from start to finish 10 cars * 2.5 = 25 minutes. Sunday morning.
This is the worst starbucks went inside to order had 2 tall drinks waited 20 min for first one then another 10 for second one that never came when we asked the girl said o idk because im on this end other end had no idea either so instead of saying they will make it they stood there so my husband just asked for refund poor customer service
Great service at this Starbucks. They are always kind and friendly. Even when there are lots of orders to process. Keep in mind that if you order a custom drink at rush hour that it takes time.
Cost is outrageous and thanks to covid, the supply chain has caused them to reduce its selections. Not to mention the drive thru is small at this location, like many, and takes longer than necessary to get your order accomplished.
