Love the ability to be able to add your own toppings. Many options too! We miss the chalk tables. I am assuming they were taking down when Covid started. Overall, a good place to bring kids.
My husband and I walked in and there was still a few people eating inside. We went up to the front counter and asked if any of the flavors were Gluten Free as my husband had an allergy. The guy at the counter gave us a book and we went to a table to flip through to make sure we wouldn’t have an allergy problem. Of course when we go up to the yogurt machines to verify a flavor if it was gluten free, this young girl with dark brown hair started shutting off all the machines before my husband and I could even get our yogurt and she didn’t even ask if we needed help or let us know that they were closing. We are extremely upset because having a good allergy is not fun and we were being cautious to which flavor so my husband could enjoy it with out an issue. Complete dis respect from your staff.

Always lots of fun building your own frozen yogurt! Lots of toppings and flavors as well as some dairy free and low fat options. I'm very impressed with the selection and the prices. The trivia running on the TV is a cool thing for people who are easily bored. It's a great place for kids and adults. Only complaint is that it's usually pretty busy.
Such a fun experience! A flavor for every palate and toppings galore. The staff was super polite and the building was incredibly clean. Plenty of room with a variety of seating options. Having a UWGB student means we will be back every time we are in town!

I usually enjoy this location, they tend to be very polite and welcoming. However, tonight, this was less than pleasurable. A close friend and I visited to celebrate Valentines and we had the employees loudly discussing and vacuuming about ten minutes into our visit, despite it not being closing time yet. I have second-hand embarrassment due to this unprofessional behavior. Please go over standards of customer service! I will not be back for quite a while based on this experience.
