Took over 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. They had their chick-fil-a order delivered while I was there. They 4 of the 5 employees left and went to eat. When they came back the 5 the employee left and the 4 stood around and talked. 2 of my sandwiches came out of the cooker and sat there until they finished eating. They finished making the 2 put one more through the cooker sat around and talked took orders made other peoples food then went back and started the 4th. They put the wrong meat on the 4th sandwich had an entire conversation about it in the back and sent it out that way without even mentioning it to me. Never again!
Been eating here all of my life and the food is always great. I understand that almost every business in the US is struggling for employees so I try to be mindful of that if the wait is a little longer, or something got messes up. Food is always good, and the vibe of in house dining is a 10/10.

Friendly staff and quick service during the weekdays. Good food, too. My experience in the evenings and weekends have been disappointing due to unprofessional staff or unclean tables. One of their exits are still partially obstructed by a table and boxes despite having provided feedback about this to Schlotzsky's corporate.
Nice deli, soups are very good, fresh and tasty sandwiches, gast service, nice staff too!
Over priced and not one of the 4 sandwiches we ordered stayed wrapped as we tried to pull them out of the bag. 4 sandwiches and a cup of soup was $38.99
Slow drive through, and I know they are short staffed with the pandemic but 15 minutes to wait for an order I already called in? That’s why I called ahead.Food is always awesome
Customer Service stinks! Three out of four times, my order is incorrect. Whenever I make one adjustment to a sandwich (like no tomato), the order taker sounds super annoyed. My Girlfriend isn't even comfortable going by herself anymore because she always leaves feeling like a bother. This is the only location in the area, so you have no choice but to deal with everything just to get some lunch there. I really hope Management steps it up a notch.
