Kyra was friendly and attentive- so great with all of her tables tonight! The portions were large for the price. Looking forward to my next visit to Green Bay to come back and try other dishes!

Absolutely delicious food! One of ky favorite places to go for a special occasion. The food there is phenomenal! The meat is always so tender and juicy. The servers are polite and helpful when it comes to deciding what to eat as well.
Food was excellent. Service was professional and friendly. Drinks were great. Just a perfect evening. Republic Chophouse doesn't ever disappoint.
We enjoyed coming for good food and complimentary desert for our anniversary...it took a bit longer than I would have liked for our courses...I think 3 hours is excessive but overall we really enjoyed everything ð
I consider Republic to be one of the nicer places to go in the area. It was extremely disappointed in my overall experience. I wanted to celebrate my birthday at a place I used to love. I would say the service started off poorly since I had to ask the hostess if a server was going to come because no one stopped with water or took or drink order for 15+ min after we were seated and had already browsed the menu and were ready to order our meals; when they did show up it was just excuses and the blame game about how it was everyone else fault. The rest of the service was poor to mediocre throughout and our meals came before our drinks. The food lacked flavor and was cold and congealed. To be fair, we did not mention anything because we did not want to have to wait for them to just pop our food in the microwave and then have it dried out on top of it not being warm. I don't think I will be back to Republic if this is what is to be expected. The price you pay is not worth the experience. I guess the new steakhouse in Appleton is worth a try.
Iâve been eating at Republic for many years and itâs always a great meal. Last night, though, the blue cheese mustard ribeye was probably the best steak Iâve had there. It was excellent! The service from Mark, the wine, and our meals were all top notch. Thanks Republic for such a great evening!
We went for my birthday, they had a birthday card on the table for me which was very nice. Our steaks were amazing and our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. We also got a huge piece of cake on the house for my birthday.
Beyond my expectations! Service and the over all experience fabulous. Will be back!
