Red Robin what the heck has happened to you!! This use to be the place I could count on and now this is the second time I have had horrible food delivered and because it was through door dash I’m having a hard time getting my money back! ?? The small onion rings were only an order of 4 small rings, sauce was spilled out inside and the lid wasn’t closed. I’m going to guess maybe the driver helped himself? So I’m the trash with that! Then my small salad had 2 big core chunks in it ? I have worded in the restaurant industry and before chopping the lettuce the cores are to be removed!! Then after having a small salad that was about a 1/4 cup worth I open my burger that is so burnt you can smell it, and I like some pink lol I could’ve used as a hockey puck. Also the bacon didn’t even look cooked!! I know bacon usually comes precooked in chain restaurants but this was gross! So now I have spent almost $30 with tip and I need to make myself something to eat, which is obviously not what I wanted to do right now!! So disappointing, what happened to Red Robin quality and care?!?! Stay away from the Red Robin in Ashwaubenon unless you want to waste your money!

Our server Stacy was so amazing! She was friendly, fast and accurate! She clearly loved her job and it showed!The food was GOOD. But it was the service that made the meal on this visit!
Pricey but delicious burgers. We had a very nice server who was attentive but not overly attentive. This is a chain but the food is very good. It certainly is an upgrade from McDonald's.

I love coming here! Great service, friendly faces, broad menu, and the food is always quick, hot, and delicious. I always get the veggie burger and it is the best I've ever had!
Today I ordered the Burnin love Burger With TWO -NO Pink Patties . After getting home and biting A few Bites and feeling Nauseous; I Noticed BOTH Patties Were PINK not just a Little towards the middle either! I Shortly after began to Vomit Several times ! Not forced but due to this RAW meat being digested ! After I immediately called the store and notified Sydney(waiter) that both Pattie’s were Pink and is causing me to vomit as We Spoke. She said all she could tell me is that the General Manager Josh cooked it. I asked for whoever is over him contact information she insisted I speak with the general manager Josh who cooked it instead. He Got on the phone and Told ME that im not going to throw up off of Pink Meat !! The Audacity! I asked for corporates number or whoever is over him because I have video of this RAW meat and He said “You can find it online “ and Hung Up in my Face !
Ordered pickup a couple days ago, and everything turned out perfectly. Strawberry milkshake with real strawberries, so delicious. Kind of tasted like a blend between a shake and a smoothie. Both burgers that were ordered were absolutely delicious. I ordered a bunless burger, wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. Lettuce was fresh, thick, crispy, and flavorful. Other toppings and meat were just as good. If you want a good old fashioned American dinner, Red Robin is an excellent choice.
