I absolutely love qdoba and i’m a regular at this location. My food is always amazing, but the pricing is EXTREMELY inconsistent. I always get a bowl & a burrito. The burrito has meat, beans and rice only. No condiments.. Every other time I go there, I am charged either for an “Al a carte burrito”, or i’m charged for a double meat burrito which is like a $4.00 difference. The price is a roll of a dice every time. I don’t even know which price is correct.
Qdoba has changed it's menu and salsa and meat options. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and appreciated their opinions on the new options. My meal was made fast, fresh, and delicious.
3 time visiting E. Mason location and bad attitude from order starter and check out. Burrito shell not steamed enough beans, not drained, stale chips. The only location I've ever visited that wasn't a great experience!
Just want that great... outta ingredients.... not so friendly staff... shame cuz I had wanted to eat there for awhile... always give a restaurant a 2nd chance... will update when I do.. just not in a hurry...
I come to this location quite a bit for take out as well as dine in. The food is always good. The service is also very good most all the time. I cannot think of any negative experiences.
I love the food but walked in & said hi but the girl with colored hair didn't say anything. I work in retail & that's not how you should treat customers especially during the holidays. She did not look happy to be there & could care less about that job. Looks like kids run it. Not wearing gloves bringing out food that's not wrapped. There were no forks out for guests. Yikes.
I understand that places are short staffed and everyone is very stressed right now but the quality of this quesadilla is just trash! I have to eat it with a fork. It’s more ripped apart then cut into pieces, the cheese is not melted all the way leading to the inside spilling out into the container, and the employee was SUPER rude !! Very angry/irritated making for an awkward interaction. But it tastes great…
Diverse customization options. My go-to is always a burrito; great size, price, and quality. But you always have more than one option for tortilla, beans, rice, meat, salsa, etc. So you can fit the meal to what ever you need for the day.
The night time manager is very rude I ordered food there a few weeks ago and they didn’t have any rice as a matter fact they barely had anything that I wanted to order but I didn’t want to drive all the way over to the other Qdoba on Oneida. Every time I go in there she’s always rude and snotty to me. She’s very argumentative and disrespectful even to the employees she treats them bad. I think her name is Shyanne. I’ve had times where she would hand me my money back and throw it on the counter. And if I’m ordering food she would just be very rude and have a rude attitude with me if I would ask for a little bit more meat she would have an attitude and say she would have to charge me more money when she would barely put any meat on my food anyways. This place is going downhill and her as a manager makes it even worse. Rude service and bad food.
Had a burrito the size of a small child. Could barely fit the tinfoil around it. Fast and friendly service.
