Worst visit ever. My rice wasn't cooked so it was crunchy. Tried to use the app and it didn't work. Asked the check out girl if they were having issues she said she didn't know. So I asked for a receipt to claim my points. Only there is no way to do this as a QR code doesn't print on the receipt. Asked her about it she said she didn't know what I meant. She never asked if I wanted to talk to anyone else just gave me a blank stare. Never asked if I wanted anything else. Very unprofessional. Wasn't impressed at all.
Had an awesome burrito tonight. Love that you can load it up and it doesn't change the price. Most places will nickel and dime you for every ingredient you want to add. Very good value. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Employees were slow to take our order, and in the middle of our order they stopped preparing ours and attended to internet orders coming in. After the interrupts and finally getting our food, it was cold. We've never experienced bad service before at a Qdoba, but this was not a good dinning experience. The dinning area was very dirty and had to clean our own table prior to sitting down.
Manager was working the entire counter by herself at 2 PM on 11/29/2021 … She had gloves on however prepared food and checked customers out without removing gloves to work the register/handle money. I left without placing an order because I was discussed. Not acceptable.
Very disappointing trip to Qdoba tonight. To begin with, the workers had their own personal speaker blaring rap music right at the counter to order. I don’t mind a little background noise, but this was obnoxious. Took us 20 minutes to get through the line. No one in the assembly line could wrap a burrito. Burrito fell apart as soon as I got to my table. Kids were more worried about chit chatting with each other rather than tend to the customers in line. Lucky the food is good.
Just picked up a mobile order through the Qdoba website. It wasn't ready until 10 minutes past the pick up time. Not a big deal. Got home and the chips and Guacamole were missing. I then unwrapped my burrito and the entire thing fell apart (photo below). Called the store because I'm hungry and wanted a burrito and guacamole. I told the woman that my order was wrong, my burrito fell apart and I wasn't happy. Her answer was that they have new recruits and I can get a refund through the app. Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me. Really poor customer service and because I'm hungry after doing yardwork all afternoon, I am eating my burrito with a fork. The rice isn't cooked all the way through. Very, very unimpressed. Will not be ordering from this location again.
I came in on a Sunday. Every single table was dirty. I ordered nachos and the employee looked at me if i was not speaking English. They did not ask what i wanted on it. They just stared at me. I really enjoy their food most of the time. Not this time though. It was really a let down
When we come to town, oneida street qdoba is a for sure place to go to every time..but last three times have been very poor. Employees are very rude and totally act like you are bothering them placing an order (yes, that eye roll is a dead giveaway ???♀️) My favorite is chips and queso and last two times lucky if got 1/4 bag of chips ? and yesterday, one scoop of queso in large cup?, when asked for more..yes, another eye roll. Very dissapointing ?

I was so impressed with the staff and Manager at Qdoba on Oneida. I placed an online order today that was pretty large, and I totally screwed up some of my details. I called and asked them if they’d be able to help me out and make a few changes and they were so accommodating. They were totally understanding and really went above and beyond to help me out with my order fix all of the mistakes that I had made and it was even super busy and they still took the time out to help me out. I will definitely be back and could not recommend them enough.
