The establisment itself was aesthetically pleasing hence the 1 star.However, if I could give 0 stars for their drinks I would. The first time we had their boba drinks, they lacked so much flavor.Gave them a second chance. We went and got milk taro bubble tea; literally just tasted like milk. No taro.Decided to give them another chance and went with a slushie instead and it was super watered down. Safe to say that that will be the last time we ever go there. ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Lovely selection of teas, and decent boba options. No food options, just beverages. Clean, modern, and spa adjacent.We ordered a lavender milk tea and Thai tea with boba, the lavender was perfect and strong without being overly flavored. The Thai tea was good but weak, was definitely hoping for a stronger brew. I look forward to trying some of the hot tea options, but would like something (cookies or tea cakes) to accompany the teas.
The girl at the counter was fantastic! She was friendly and walked us through everything. The tea was stellar too!
The staff are kind and welcoming. The most recent time I went, the tapioca pearls were unable to be ordered due to an equipment issue, which was a bummer because it was my favorite.

I have never been impressed with the Qtea on military but my expierence last friday really hit home the frustration I'd been feeling. First of all let me preface this by I'm an avid tea lover herbal and all. I frequented Qtea quite a bit and had almost worked my way up to my 3rd free drink with their rewards program (buy 10 get one free).I was notified about a month ago that they were no longer offering this deal nor would they be going foward with any type of rewards program which was to say the least disappointing since I had gone in expecting to recieve a free drink. This friday I had gone in and ordered a thai milk tea (one of my personal favorites). I made it halfway across town before trying it and immediately realized it didn't taste right. It tasted spoiled in all honesty, so I opened the lid and smelled the liquid... it smelled like spoiled half n half... now I know Qtea is dairy free and that use some sort of powered milk so I asked my partner to try it (also a fan of thai milk tea) he agreed it did not taste right at all. Now for a 5 dollar drink its this already frustrating to recieve something that tastes bad and unusual.I decided to give the shop a call just to let them know this was my expierence maybe one of their mix in had expired or gone bad etc etc. No one would answer, so I sent them a message letting them know again hey this is what my expierence was please check on your product.. no response. The lack of customer communication is frustrating considering that the shop is out of product and sometimes usnt even staffed. On two different occasions I have come into the shop and despite ringing the bell no attendant showed up. All in all I'm certainly not impressed... the Qtea on oneida seemed to run a lot better in opinion and its ashame that they no longer run that location.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The boba tea is sooo yummy!! A variety of flavor combinations and teas to choose from. The staff is usually very kind. You can stay or take out. Not to mention, it's right next door to a spa!
