We went late on a Tuesday night and it was very empty. Our table and one other.We had to rib eye for two and had them cook it. 2$ extra to cook.It was huge, the chef said 24 oz. Size was 8x6x2 inches.Chef came over to discuss how we wanted it cooked and suggested splitting it. Also like a butterfly cut.Cooked perfectly, also came with salad bar, baked potato and toast.
Absolutely amazing! The service was just incredible! Lindsey, our server, was an absolute professional! Even the bus person had an obvious, an impeccable work ethic wiping walls, railing, and meticulously setting tables. We were SO stoked to grill our own steaks. The steaks themselves were so thick and beautifully marbled. Very clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Y'all made our night, thank you! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have only come here a few times and have been satisfied in the past but today was a down fall. Service really lacked and so did the food. Spent two hours here. We were seated immediately and it took a long time maybe 10-15mins for the waitress to come take our order. Our drinks took just as long if not longer to get. The appetizer was the only thing that came quickly. We waited over an hour for our steaks. We got here at 8:15pm and didn't recieve them till 9:30pm an half hour to close. They cooked our steaks right after another table and seasoned them after they were cook! There should be more than one person cooking steaks since they take along time to cook. If staffing was an issue it should be listed as most facilities do nowadays so no one gets upset for the long wait but I didn't see any such sign. We were not satisfied with our service and the food we got for the money we spent. My family will not be coming back.
First time in Green Bay Wisconsin, we decided to do a steak dinner and decided to eat here. It was amazing, we were so full when we left I didn’t even touch my toast, fresh salad and to cook your own steak is kind of cool! Our server was very sweet and very helpful for our first time. I believe her name was Dory, great service!
Very cool experience. Order drinks and head for the dalad bar, great salad bar! Next you go pick out your steak, Ribeye obviously. While you grill your own steak you can toast up some texas toast w butter and melt your cheese on your baked potato. Overall it was a cool dinner, neat atmosphere with the open grills and movie posters on the walls. Service was on point. We cant wait to go back.
We really love the steak here. You pick your own steak out of large glass case. All you can eat salad bar with baked potatoes and Texas toast. I think it was $32.99 a person. They do have some kids options too. Also fish if you don't like steak. It is super fun to grill your own, but for $2 they will grill for you.
Enjoyable but pricey. The steaks are good quality. I can see how some would like to grill those own, but we chose to have them grilled by the chef. Mine was the only one not quite right but it wasn't that far off so it was fine. I wish there was a bit more choice in sides. The price was $36 a plate. You get a large steak, a potatoe, Texas toast, and a salad bar. The waitress picked a wine she thought I would like based on my request and was right. Overall just fine but a bit expensive for what you get in my opinion.Also was someone's birthday and they got a slice of cheesecake, and they appreciated that there wasn't a big song,the waitress just said happy birthday.
I gave 4 stars not because of quality of food, or service of our server. I couldnt remember why its been so long since I have been there but quickly remembered. I really felt like they were filling tables too quickly. You can fit about 8 people around the grill around 5pm, because the charcoal hasn't caught at both ends. However there must have been 12 people shoulder to shoulder some with steak on the grill that wasn't even warm underneath. We came as a group of 7, we were not all able to stand at same grill together. They need to slow down flow of people or add another grill. Probably will not go back for some time.
Visited prime quarter for the first time for a birthday celebration. The steaks were very good and fun option to grill it yourself. I really enjoyed the ability to build your own baked potato. The salad bar was a plus too!
Tonight we celebrated my husbands birthday with the family. We had an awesome waitress and great bartender. I love that you can grill your own steak or they’ll grill it for you. The food was the best I’ve had in a long time.
