The service over the past month has steadily declined. Most employees will not greet you and some look the other way. This is disturbing to me when I walk in a place of business. And many others I'm sure. While I was waiting inside I noticed delivery drivers coming in and having to wait upwards of 15 minutes or a bit more to get the delivery order. I also noticed that the crew will not fill drinks that are part of delivery orders. I would think this is the job of the restaurant worker not the delivery person who works for another company. The crew member just puts empty cups on the counter and expects the delivery person to take care of it. The parking lot is a major accident waiting to happen. The arrows painted on the pavement go against the parking all around the building. I will say the food was up to par for Popeyes. It was good! I know this location is fairly new but it is time for upper management to come in and do a partial overhaul especially in the customer service area.
I ordered around 1:30 on a Tuesday. 2nd time in a month. Their chicken used to be fabulous and I'd go there once a week. Now, the last two times, their chicken is cold, greasy, and tasteless. If I wanted that kind of chicken, I'd have gone to KFC. I won't be going back to Popeyes.
Loved it! I had shrimp and chicken strips with a side of macaroni and cheese. My first time there. Very, very crispy and so tender chicken & shrimp. The mac & chz. was baked with melted chz. on top. I had pink lemonade that I filled a second time. I don't know why it took me so long to give it a try.
Got family meal. Chicken was so-so. Too much thick greasy breading though. Mashed potato container was only half full. Coleslaw tasted funky. Not good at all.
Very hit and miss. I usually order online because I'm ordering for a family of six. Pretty common to not get everything I ordered, especially drinks. Chicken, shrimp, and fries taste like they have been sitting for hours. Don't bother asking for sauce, the handful of sauces we received were either covered in sauce or stuck together from old leaking sauce. GROSS. Other times its okay but food is usually warm at best.
MIXED OUR ORDERS UP AND WAS RUDE….GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE FOOD. …..WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING POPEYES IN TO NOBODY AND WILL NOT BE BE RETURNING AT ALL.

Food is good. Service is quick. Just make sure you have all your items before leaving the parking lot.
Last week ordered an 8 piece chicken only (mild) and a chicken sandwich for the ride up north to the Crivitz area. I was able to eat about half the sandwich. The thick part of the sandwich chicken meat was tough and rubbery and had to throw it out. Almost looked raw (undercooked?) The 8 piece was good, but my god, the pieces were all very small.
I don't understand the hype. Like it's fine. It's not bad or anything, and there weren't rude staff or terrible food and long waits (unless it's a meal time but it's not the restaurant's fault and does not attest to their abilities), but it wasn't the greatest either. Like, i twas okay. Just fine. Not good. Not bad. Just fine.
