NICE COMEBACK! Over the years the quality of their pizza got worse and worse, I would barely ever order it anymore but lately it has been the great old pizza that it used to be! Lots of toppings, lots of cheese and crispy buttery crust. I would give it 5 stars but it still seems to take a little long for a chain pizza and a little pricey too.
It’s ridiculous you have to pay for Parmesan cheese and red peppers. I don’t get it.
Worst food place in Green Bay! Worst pizza hut’ disgusting environment! Rude employees! I found a really long hair in my food!
My order time was fast, the delivery person did exactly what I asked, the order was correct and everything tasted great.
The delivery person dropped my order of mini cinnamon rolls on the carpet. I did not want to order a replacement because I wanted to eat them along with my pizza. Waiting would have meant that my pizza would not be hot when I wanted to eat.
They were clearly understaffed, but still very friendly. They made my order earlier than I requested as well because I was done sooner than expected with work, so I really appreciate that too.
Everything arrived fresh, hot, and completely cooked through. It as well arrived earlier than noted on app.
Our family ordered from there last night and everything was undercooked and we all were very sick and when we tried calling they kept hanging up on us. I'll go to a different location.
So when you have that late craving and you don't feel like leaving your bed and pizza hut chicken and fries is on the brain oh yeah hot and fresh and out of all the other pizza places they have the best chicken here hands down it hit the spot everytime thanks for fixing the craving
i’ve worked in the fast food industry for a very long time and I have NEVER had service this bad. The “manager” was VERY rude, telling me that he “didn’t have time for me” and even hung up the phone on me. It was 10:30 last night and I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza, when it was delivered I saw that it was plain cheese. I called and asked for the manager and ended up talking to the RUDEST person i’ve EVER talked to in the fast food industry. This man was not a manager what do ever but if he was, I feel bad for the people that work under him. He was very disrespectful and completely disregarded my needs as a customer. All I did was ask for his name and he hung the phone up on me. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
