I ordered like 50 dollars In food that never showed up and have been on hold for over two hours. Every time a person comes on the line they say they can’t help and this is the worst customer service ever. Absolute worst situation I’ve ever been in. Absolutely horrible.

I have earned almost 300 reward points so I ordered ordered online today. The PH website didn’t apply my reward points to my order. I called customer service to have this corrected. Was told there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor was told no one was available- Told me to call the store. Called the store was told there was nothing they could do then offered me 10% off my order but at the full price. So instead of getting the discount promised, I would have to pay full price for my order but no points applied. No one at the store or cust service could resolve this. I feel absolutely hi-jacked by PH. It feels like a “bait & switch” scam. I have almost 300 points earned from previous purchases and ready to spend. However, rather than save a sale and a regular/ future customer, Pizza Hut’s brilliant business practices today cost them: 1. The loss of a long time customer 2 A future regular customer 2. Loss of inventory 3. Loss of fuel and time spent on recalling the delivery in progress 4 The loss of todays sale as they ignorantly turned profit into loss. All of this could have been avoided by applying my points or simply comping me the the pizza or voiding the sale then re-ringing it with applied discount. Duh. Never Again Pizza Hut.

Absolute terrible customer service. I was staying at Tundra Lodge, ordered 3 Lg. Pizzas and 2 orders of chicken wings. I was told 25 mins. and it never came. Called and asked and was told the order was never taken. I love Pizza Hut, just not this location!!

I spend 3 min waiting for them to answer my call, when they finally answer the delayed echoes were so bad and distracting I struggled to properly communicate. it didn't help that the lady answering my call had poor English, common guys. and BOOM THEY HUNG UP ON ME!?! I said delivery, my phone#, my name and that's it! hung up! I called back and they answered but I couldn't hear and nobody responded. feb 24 2022 @4.45pm very frustrating

The call began with an automated call going fine I waited because I wanted to make an order with a worker but I just got hung up on 3 times in a row so toppers got my money instead

manager thinks its ok to be rude and hang up on customers when they call to ask why their pizza is 30 minutes late.

They were very busy, but the pizza arrived sooner than expected. Driver was extremely nice

Dont keep a customer waiting for 30 min. When they call just so he can change pick up time. And it sounded really sketchy when I made a order at one pizza hut and they call me saying they have to close at two do to a corona virus. Spread in restaurant. So i had to do my order at a different store all over again. It sound like the restaurant just wanted to close early.

Not enough sauce and I was first told we only have to cut it and than I had to wait for my carry out for over 15 after it should have been ready. I did not order carry out to sit and wait 15 minutes at the store! Not to worry we wont be ordering Pizza Hut again! There are way to many choices out there to go through that again

I had garlic par. Chicken and it was no sauce. I felt they could of put a little more sauce. It look like I had bake chicken. Besides that it was good
