Everything was well stocked and fresh. The people were kind and courteous. Got my pick n' save card at the customer service. Every interaction was very friendly and quick. Definitely a good grocery store.
The "super exclusive download out app" sale prices are literally just what the item's normal price should be, its like their pricing algorithm is spitting in my face every time I go in.They don't even carry Cheese-It® Italian Four Cheese Crackers, so they can't claim to be a fancy grocery store.
The walrus of a women that works there took 20 minutes to walk 10 feet. Then she refused to sell me a money order because i didnt have an i.d.
This isn’t much or anything, I love pick n save, totally budget money store. one huge problem was when I was checking out I had 4 people help me, explain why I needed 4? This girl and boy were already doing their thing but a random teenage girl came to talk to them while they’re working? She was slacking real hard, another boy comes and talks to her. Both just laughing and talking while the other two do work? Just showed so much signs of lazy and so much more they could do. Pick n save needs to hire better employees. I know the name of the girl but won’t call her out :)
I love pick n save is my favorite place to shop for all their amazing discounts. Love the way they carry them self’s as a Brand. Ps Jordan the Cashier is so Hotttt ❤️
My first time shopping at Pick’n Save on Main and I was very disappointed. The water bottle section was one lane and no one was courteous enough to let me pass. The back of the stove was dark and in general the store was disorganized. I asked for help but got the look like “stupid don’t you know anything”. Lots of stores to shop at and for sure I’ll find a different one.
First time shopping here and I was met with an attitude upon checkout. I've no patience for terrible customer service.
The flower department wasn’t nice to me when I trying to ask her a question related to what I requested a few weeks ago… Her customer service is poor!!
Chuck the manager deserves a raise. Phenomenal service. I spent all this time defrosting and brining a turkey breast last night and when I lit the smoker and took it out of the brine bag the thing fell apart. Chuck was really nice and he replaced it for me no questions asked. Thank you so much for the great service!
