Ordered pizza and several items last night & was provided an ETA of 30 to 40 minutes. The delivery driver came with the wrong order, with someone else's address clearly labelled on the box, and delivered it 2 hours after ordering. I called the store several times and was literally hung up on each time I called. Nobody spoke when picking and hanging up the phone. just ended the calls. I tried to find another way to contact customer service, but they don't really seem to care about serving their customers or having a way to contact them, so I will post a bad review warning others of their terrible food and service instead. Do not waste your money or your time. Absolutely trash.
I don't know what the heck happened, I placed an order around 9pm for a pepperoni green pepper stuffed crust pizza. At 10pm I got a text that says you sourced it out to door dash. I checked at like 10:25 and it said cancelled but the spinny wheel said on its way. 10:35 I just happened to see an actual papa John's delivery guy out front.I love y'alls pizza and I know you are short staffed, I'm thinking it was probably a glitch in technology and a communication mishap. But for future reference just shoot us a text, a call or an email. I would have given up had I not seen the driver outside. The 4 stars is for him, I didn't catch his name- he was so damn nice!! Pizza is hot and delicious as always. I'll update it to 5 once you figure out the technology mishap and let customers know what's going on. We appreciate you, your hard work and for being "essential" when the rest of the world stopped. Have a great day/night/week. Stay safe!
Don’t know where they outsource their calls now but it is absolutely horrible. Use to take 2 minutes to order a pizza, now it takes 10 minutes. The person taking my call sounds like they were chewing food, constantly repeating themselves. This is every time I call to order, I’ll be ordering a lot less from them now.
Coupons just KEEP getting worse and worse. First they got rid of the reward system and have changed to a point system where you have to spend a lot of money before you can get a minimal reward but now they won’t even honor their own coupons. Apparently you can no longer order a medium one topping pizza as a part of the $6 line up but for some reason it’s still being shown in the picture and description as a part of the line up. I think it’s safe to say Papa Johns is no longer in my price range.
Don't order the buffalo chicken pizza, unless of course you enjoy taking 4 separate trips to the bathroom during a 2-hour span to dispose of hot molten MAGMA
The nastiest pizza I ever ate in my life.They don’t know how to cook a pizza.The one they gave me was barely even cooked.I honestly think I could have found better food in a dumpster
Every time I ordered from the packerland loation my order has shown up late. And not like 3-5 mins late. I schedule orders hours in advance every time, and they are always 20+ minutes late. Just this last time I ordered they were 45 mins late!!! Will NEVER be ordering from the packerland location again. Called HQ and complained their as well. Something needs to change with this location.
Ordered food after the Packers game for dinner and they canceled our order after it’s been placed for 30 minutes and it was to late to order from elsewhere. If you can’t make it don’t accept the order. An Incredibly frustrating lack of professionalism that ruined an already bad night.
Ordered on the 13th you guys gave me buffalo sauce when I asked for regular pizza sauce? Also forgot my soda for the second time.
if you decide to eat here just expect a good pizza they doin sum magic behind that glass, the pizza 10/10 and if you decide to get any desert it will be fr worth your time???
