didnt deliver and then kept hanging up on me whenni tried to call about it

Order pizza at 5:09 pm on a Thursday day. It is 7:40 pm and no pizza. Calling to cancel

Have been ordering pizzas from here for a couple years. Had a pizza and some wings delivered to the wrong address once. When I called about the issue, a nice lady got new order ready and delivered it ASAP free of charge.

My whole family was together for Thanksgiving and we got Papa John’s to have an easy dinner night. 7 people got food poisoning including 4 young children who all ate the pepperoni pizza. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and fever. When we called papa John’s to let them know (mainly so no one else would get sick) they blew us off saying there is ‘no way we could get food poisoning from their food.’ There was no apologies or checking for employee hand washing or sanitation. Please keep this in mind next time you’re picking a take out location in Green Bay, Wi.

Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful when ordering for pick up.

Great ? service especially from nick

Copying in my review from the Facebook page:Spent all day on the west side and finally got home wanting to order my girlfriend her favorite bread sticks to help her have a good night only to find out this location was closed on a Friday night for oven maintenance. Mind you, I live right down the street from the East side location and am a regular customer. I spent all day being close by the west side location, so that's just a slap to the face... West side on the phone kept trying to get me to drive across for carry-out. Not happening unless they want to pay for the gas. I understand needing to close up once and a while for work, but on a Friday night is just bad for business... Left a bad taste to an already long day. Won't be giving my business again for a while.

I haven't had any issues with this location. Pizza has been consistently good.

I just work there but it's pretty good for what it is
