I know the salads on the take two are small, but this container had like 3 leaves of lettuce and was not full.
I have enjoyed the food in the past. I visited here tonight. I got the chicken noodle soup. they only filled the container half full and it was mostly broth. I also ordered the napa chicken salad sandwich which I have gotten in the past. This time it was not good. I think the chicken was bad because it made me sick. I know that Panera will not respond to this post because I have noticed they don’t respond to any reviews. That leads me to believe they don’t care customer service. I won’t be back.
Ordered at the kiosk for a cinnamon roll and a regular charger as soon as I got the text that my order was ready there was no cinnamon roll at the pick up area I went to the two men over at the bakery items to get my cinnamon roll and they both rudely said I would have to wait even when there was cinnamon right in front of them. I was in a rush to get to work. Wont be coming here again.

Went here a week ago 1/20/22. Very good. Service was great. Actually dined it. Staff professional and helpful. My- all the wonderful looking treats and ohhhh so good(I bet) but not so healthy for me! Lol. Had sound and bread. My friend had some soup and Asian salad. We both loved our food. Very good. All fresh.
I would love to give my sincere gratitude to the staff and the store manager. My partner went to get some chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl for me, as I have been under the weather. They were just about to close for the day and out of bread bowls and soup was almost gone. We weren't upset about it and totally understanding. Thank you for the delicious soup. A true blessing! I've seen this, heard about this place, my wife orders food from there, but this was a first time for me. It was a pleasant surprise. If your tired of the generic sub sandwiches I highly recommend you try it. It's bigger inside than I thought. Staff was excellent as well as the food. Hoping to stop back for some coffee and a blueberry scone
First of all I use a wheelchair, their handicap parking spots were nothing but clear ice & also the ramp to the sidewalk had 3 inches of snow on it, so we could not stay & have lunch there, as we were leaving the lot we noticed there were more parking spots on the other side of the restaurant by the drive thru , there was another handicap parking spot that was clear & dry & another ramp that had been shoveled so we decided to stay & have lunch. While we were eating, there were several fruit flies on the wall & the pictures, there were even several flying around us as we were eating our lunch, we will never eat at this establishment again, obviously they don’t care about people with disabilities & cleanliness of their restaurant.
Heads up to anyone looking! This is not a bread store or bakery. It's a full restaurant with a great selection, awesome bread of course and the soups are where it's at! This is a really good stop to stop for lunch. They have a bunch of smaller items which work great for lunch. It's hard to save room for dessert but every time I go I catch myself looking at their bakery which is full of delicious looking pastries and other bakery related items. One of these times I have to stop in just for the bakery. Maybe breakfast one day? C Yas again soon!
Amazing salads! I also love their flatbread pizza! Staff are always willing to rectify any errors with your order.
