I’d never tasted anything this bad and with a burnt smell. I hate to say it but the food here suck. Chicken teriyaki should be delicious but it is wasted here. I recommend the manager of this restaurant take the time to go to Wausau and eat the same dish but with a different name (Bourbon Chicken) in Wausau at a restaurant call Chop-Stix Bourbon BBQ & Sush li to improve their food. It will be my first time and last time eating at this place. Wasted!!!

Food is fine. Service is not up to par. It feels like they are rushing your order and sometimes they don't hear your order correctly and you can't make out what they say either. They need some work in the customer service department.
We will drive the hour for Yummy Yummy aka Nori Japan. So very delish you can't go wrong! I Highly suggest trying it out.
Went here years back & it changed to new owners who were not very personable. I stopped going for years & then I developed an addiction to it once again. Despite the same owners the food was very good. I could eat for $9.75 up til about 1 month ago. In the last month it has had two price increases. It’s now over $11 with tax. Not to mention I watch when they put the meat on the spatula & when you order double meat you are only getting a single portion. Watch them closely & you will see how skimpy each portion really is. Total rip off for the money. Also the teriyaki sauce was the best & it used to compliment the chicken well with a nice glaze. However, the last two trips the teriyaki tasted totally watered down & the chicken doesn’t have the same flavor. It’s really sad because the owners are so conceited they will never admit they are cutting costs at the customers expense. It was a 3 month obsession for me but I think I’ll take another ten year hiatus from them knowing what I have experienced with my recent visits.
Their foods are delicious! I’m alway grateful. But their business seem to be fall apart. I know their first owner who open was doing great! Now they keep changing owner. This one doesn’t seem to know how to operate.No matter what I order they get my order wrong ALL Time. I keep correctly them and they kept blaming on me.DONT AGRUE with customers. Customers alway RIGHT. Get it right and LISTEN.This is why I don’t come offer.
Been a loyal customer for years , hands down the best place to get food at the mall in green bay . Get some of that yummy yummy chicken with double meat for ten bucks can't beat it !!

Ordered Shrimp Teriyaki w/ 4 Springs Rolls thru DoorDash. Delivered to the terminal hot and fast. The spring rolls were super delicious didn't even last long enough for me to take the pic. So tasty I didn't need any sauce.
