We go to this Noodles weekly and Eric has cheerfully served our pasta to perfection EVERY time we’ve been there along with occasional humor from him and Hunter.
Chicken Pad Thai was excellent, got and didn't take long. Great service
Ridiculous amount of scrambled egg in my Pad Thai. Not the first time this has happened. Not sure I will allow it to happen again — as in not sure that I will return.
They are never open and the hours posted are not reliable. You can place online orders and they will take your money but you will never get your food.
Lineville restaurant closed early due to staffing. However, my online order was still allowed to be 2 hours after they closed and still somehow showed it was ready. Double checked location and was correct. Ofcoure they still took my money out of my account. 2nd time having issues with this location. Went to Bacon Burger down the road for the first time. Food was great, good prices and the staff was happy to help. Also great conversation while your food is being made. Enough with these over priced food chains!
How are you gonna have modified hours posted on your door but then at 3:30 in the afternoon it’s closed? Happens so often. I don’t understand. I get the whole “short staff” thing but you’re milking it justttt a bit. Like for real what are your hours then if it’s not the ones posted online or on your door.
Worst managed place ever. If you “manage” a restaurant that closes at certain time then as a manager it should be your responsibility and duty to stay open until that given time or at least close the whole restaurant so customers know. Closing almost 45 minutes early and still accepting orders then making customers wait in the drive through window with no explanation while you are hiding in the back is extremely unprofessional. Had the front doors locked but not even the back door. Finally answered the back door and slammed it in my face saying “we’re closed”. Do better! Unbelievable.
Placed an online order, and paid for my food. Says to arrive at 5:47 pm, I chose pick up window. I was in the pick up window line 1 hour and 50 minutes! Of course, then I had to wait for them to make my food again. Unacceptable service!!!!
Rude workers! My food taste like day old leftovers heated up! The noodles were maybe an inch long, so the probably stirred it up after heating it up in the microwave! And nobody had any sauce on their food! Nasty place! Will go to the Noodles in Ashwaubenon if I absolutely need Noodles for a kid request! I get there is a worker shortage! I work in a Hospital, No excuse for the slop you served me the last several times! Also sent a detailed message to customer service & they wanted me to spend another hour filling out more details! Not worth my time!
I’m done going to this location… paid $5 for what? 10 noodles. Sick of getting ripped off on food.
