Being served chicken noodle soup with nothing but noodles and broth is not so great.
Ya idk why I didn't take a pic, but now I can't eat anywhere bc I relise when resteraunts want my buisness and support my disability then I'll waste my time n money in planes . It's reality, why would I wanna have someone idk I maybe to get even one wheel chair. Not here anywhere but these I wish the counter fwasnt all the way across the building

Some COVID sacrifices and could use a light late at night, but nothing to knock then down a star. Wisconsin Mac and cheese and Korean meatballs are my favorites.
What has happened to Noodles and Company?? Just ordered through a delivery service (quick & on time) the Japanese Pan Noodle with steak...barely any sauce or the sauce that was on there, the noodles completely soaked up. Noodles & steak are completely gummy and gross. This is not edible by any means. Thank goodness I ordered flat bread too, that was the only thing edible.Sorry Noodles and Company you just lost a customer & it looks per the reviews lately you are loosing others as well.

Good food most of the time, just inconsistent portions. Fast service and clean though ?
There’s something wrong with the order literally every single time I order and they’re never responsive or try to fix the problem. This most recent time they ran out of the item I ordered, so they just replaced it with another item without asking. They also forgot the veggies on mine. Check your food if you’re doing takeout, or just skip it and order somewhere else.
Every time we have ordered from this location they have gotten our order wrong, not fully cook the chicken or they just honestly do not care for the quality of their food. Order no veggie in and they put everything on it and the breaded chicken is soggy as if it sat out in water before being put in our meals. It’s unfortunate and we gave MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS but it doesn’t seem like this is the place for us to try. Hopefully they can get things right for others or just get better in general.
I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong Noodles. They smiled and said No worries, we will remake it for you. What great customer service.
