talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.
Avoid the owner is so rude … could have been more professional and polite . Will post a more detail on this bar on my YouTube channel… the bar tenders were amazing and polite!!!!

It's a good place to be with friends ?
Stopped in shortly after the bar opened on a Thursday and were the only ones there. As my husband looked for the men’s room I explained to the bartender that we were new to the area. He made our drinks and went on the other side of the bar an sat behind a post. Never attempted any conversation introduced himself or asked our names. In the hour that we were there three others arrived and he chatted with them as if they were bridge partners. Cute place we’ll try again but bartender was not friendly at all.
Great neighborhood bar and friendly crowd. Our bartender Butch poured a great drink and played bar dice with the group.

Quaint local bar n grill with good bar food and good drinks! Had fried fish with beer batter fries (definitely recommend them) and some jalapeno peppers. Butch the owner is wonderful! Outdoor patio is festively decorated. Will certainly go back when I'm in the area!
