Horrible experience! They used to be great, well not anymore...They put barely any food in those bowls, employees are crabby and unwilling to provide any customer service at all. Way understaffed, undertrained and probably underpaid too. The cashier was the worst, she was very rude. It took me ONE HOUR to get my food, the line was not that bad, but they kept squeezing to-go orders in between instead of having somebody designated to handling them, at least on Mondays. They kept running out of ingredients and overall was just a nightmare. I patiently waited for about 40 mins but after that, they really got on my nerves. They have no idea of what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I went to the Oneida location where I used to go often, but after today, I will never go back there. Shame!
Tasted old and reheated. Understaffed employees that were complaining the entire time I was in the building. Seems like owners and staff do not care about quality. Restroom was filthy and had a clogged toilet.
We went today and the place was disgusting, soda machine was sticky and visibly dirty. The area where your food is prepped was very dirty as well. And they weren’t busy at all, employees were on their phones in the back and at the register
Food is okay. Chips are pretty stale and not warmed up at all. Dont know why they charge so much to put queso on my bowl. Qdoba is free, as it should be.

We had the taco buffet delivered for lunch on the day we moved our business. Mark was very helpful in arranging a lunch everyone enjoyed. The volunteers really loved putting together their favorite taco combinations and we all felt the quality was excellent. Highly recommend!
Just okay. The food was prepared properly I had no issues with the employees or quality. It is so Americanized. I would rather go to Taco Burrito and get authentic than try to substitute with Tex Mex. Not a fan.
