I am a nurse and rely on coffee throughout my shift, why almost every time I come here is the coffee machine down during peak business hours?! I am constantly settling for a frappe or iced coffee. Getting quite annoying, not coming back to this location.
This place is rediculous and don't eat there food.... So gross cold raw burger

Truly the worst staff at night time. Foul people only sitting their accusing people of something they didn't do. I got accused of flipping off an employee when all I did was drive away. I came back to get an ice coffee & when they said this accusation, I called them out for it. They just went silent & said we are believing our employee. Rude, awful, and worst of all, accusers. They said they have proof I would like to see it. I know it didn't happen when it's proven, all of those employees should be terminated. People this rude to someone else for no wrong doing & accusing them of such should NEVER be offered job anywhere.
Went to this McDonald’s, the lobby is closed so I went through the drive-through. Sat at the drive-through for about five minutes no one took my order. Drove up to the window, and no one came to the window or even acknowledge that I was there. And this was over an hour before they closed.
The teenage “Manager” closed two hours early then called the cops for refusing to take my order, and I couldn’t pull out of drive thru due to 5 cars in drive through she refused to serve.
Wow got me some fries through the drive thru today. This McDonald's out by the airport gave me some nice real HOT French fries & they stayed hot till I ate the last fry
Older lady who works there, needs better training. Pushes the drink behind the bag trying to hand you everything at once which is a disaster ready to happen, even before I paid. Gave 8 ones, she counts it twice and only gets 7, clearly see her skipping a bill and call it out. I then counted it out for her, and she blames it on sticky bills, which clearly it wasnt. I get the staffing issues all around, and grateful she has a job, but they clearly need to do better training at this location.
You have got to be kidding me! Maybe a drug test is in order for the morning crew! 22 minutes in line and there is no way out at this point... good thing I like being late for work!
