I placed my order on my McDonald's app. Got my food order. I also ordered a large Carmel macciado. It was not ready. So they had me pull up to the next window. This order started at 8:35am by 8:50am I STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY COFFEE!!! I had an appointment for 9am. The lobby was closed so I couldn't go inside to take care of it. So I had to leave with no coffee that I paid for!!??
The service wad lousy. Had to go back 3 times to get my order right. Employees definitely not worth $15 an hour
Have the app and makes prices much more wallet friendly. Can't go wrong with a $.99 coffee!
Slow 13 minutes in the drive through, menu speaker was bad I told the lady she said O Well. Fries COLD.
We ordered 3 meals. All 3 were wrong. I asked for lettuce and Mayo on my sandwich. It even said it on the bag. It didn’t have anything on it. So disappointed.
Totally done ! EVERY time I go to this Mc’Ds the food is absolutely old and gross ! And no change for today ! My iced coffee I couldn’t even drink it !!! NEVER again. I’d like to have them drink it and tell me what they thought !!! So GROSS
Incredibly slow service, overcharged me for my order and also managed to completely screw it up. Congratulations, you did everything wrong that you could possibly do.
Yet another place that pretends like it has mobile ordering but doesn't actually allow it. I'm in a larger vehicle that doesn't fit though the drive thru. You should just be honest. It would inconvenience less people.
They gave our order away!!! And after 17 min of waiting we walked back to drive threw window and demanded money back. Which we didn’t get!!! She said sorry we forgot. But here is your food! I will NEVER go back to the resturant again. I promise you !
I do not understand how no matter the time of day, no matter what I order, no matter the specials... it never fails THIS Mcds fails. Drive thru, Grub Hub, Eat Street....just ugh
