Worst service ever. Night manger didn’t want to serve me after taking my order. Yelled and cursed at me for no reason in order to close early. Never received a refund.
I had not been to McDonalds on Webster in a while so when I saw that thay had a special to buy one filet of fish sandwich with free medium fries I decided to go. I placed my order, picked up the order promptly,and ate the dood right away. I took a bite of the sandwich and it was cold. The fries were soggy and cold. I did not have time to go back. I did contact McDonalds. So the fries were probably sitting. The sandwich was awful. I paid a little more than $8 for the meal. I did get a medium smoothie as well,it was just ok.
As of visiting outside while I was waiting for my ride, I asked if I could use their restroom and one of the side workers won’t let me use it in need.I’ve asked one time and they were kind, although after this visit. I don’t recommend it.
Extremely friendly service. I come here often for lunch and I'm always greeted with a smile and great food. Great location.
Always seems to take a while for the food to arrive when ordering from the App, besides that everything is fine.

So my experience at the store was so humiliating that is really probably normal in our world today that nobody will notice ! I was waiting for my food and costumers keep coming and nobody from the store like to even say “ hi can I help you “? But they were helping all other people that come in the store ? So yes I am dark skin person but that doesn’t mean I am less person then other people walking in the store ? So I am wondering do you think I will recommend this store to anyone in this world ?! You know the answer. Never ever in my life ! Thanks
This McDonald's has some of the best service I've ever had. I went to this McDonald's because it was a bus transfer point and they gave the best service. I was waiting for my transfer and they let me stay after they closed, out of the rain, while I waited for my bus. Their restaurant was very clean, and the workers were all staying safely social distanced and masked and protecting their customers from COVID-19. If I could tip you, I would. Thank you, McDonald's!
