The person working the window took my order correctly, dude at the window seemed irritated to even be there. I had to pull forward while they finished my order, he came out and handed me my food, order was wrong, their lobby is still closed so I had to wait in line another 15 minutes, when I finally got home the food was terrible. I'm just going to stop going to this location.
The pictures I've seen and stories I've heard of the food coming out of this place is disgusting not to mention concerning. The management don't seem too worried abut quality standards or food safety for that matter.
Honestly it depends on the day, Ive been here and gotten my food as soon as I've ordered it, and I've also had times where I had to wait 10+ minutes waiting for my order. The customer service is satisfactory for the most part.
We order good for 2 adults and 2 kids. I asked for specific sides. BBQ dip, ranch dip and ketchup. We are on vacation and we drove to curbside pick up and left immediately the forgot our side including kids meal apple slices of missing very disappointed.
Only drive through open and it takes at least a half hour just to get through the line. McDonald's isn't worth that kind of wait. Makes me sad because I sure do love the food but hey it's for the best since eating this food literally takes years off your life.
They totally nailed it! I was a handful, ordering a lot of food later at night. I'm sure they were understaffed and tired but everything was correct and they were incredibly nice. Give those workers a hefty raise!
Food is usually good unless late at night. Customer service is decent. Just a long wait at weird hours.
Had to get out of my car in the freezing cold and walk over to the main drive through window after knocking on the main entrance door to get their attention that they forgot my Hamburger only got french fries and after they saw me they Mcdonald employee still gave me attitude as if it was my fault!? Lol heck no place is TRASH!! And staff needs to work more on how to treat their costumers but i doubt they will.
Its a typical fast food place but we used to stop there when I was a small child and I just turned 70. It gives me a warm feeling to still stop there.
Sent my husband to get a birthday dinner for the family. They took the order correctly I can see it on the receipt but the food given to us was mostly wrong and cold. Then to top it off your staff accused my husband of stealing when it was the staff stealing out food from us. With the prices you now charge us you should be able to not only pay your staff that's left over a living wage but we shouldn't have bad food and missing food. We will not return to McDonald's and sure you won't miss our money but if you keep this up with your bad practices you will get someone sick.
