Went to the “Open 24/7” MacShack this fine Friday morning, approximately 4am. Was a great start to my morning, got an early start and after all, it was a Friday! Some unfortunate, unforeseen circumstances occurred the day prior when i was tragically late for work. In conjunction with my crews immaculate craftsmanship and hard work, I pre-meditated my Friday morning to accompany a little road trip to the Mac-Shack before my hour and a half long excursion to work. But when I pulled up to the “Golden Arch” they were closed. Unacceptable. Apparently Ronald doesn’t want my almighty dollar. Being a FALSELY ADVERTISED “Open 24/7” restaurant publicly posted online, and for all my time spent running to 3 separate MacShacks this morning and not obtaining a single breakfast burrito I can only hope Mr.McDonald can get my impeccable crew some breakfast burritos in an effort to make up the lost time spent this morning. My condolences go to anyone who has gone thru this or something similar. I have an aspiration that your Friday morning ends superior to mine. I anticipate a timely, appropriate response in regards to my review. Thank You, and God Bless.
Try to skip this McDonald's if you can. Everytime something usually goes wrong. Code seems to always need to be refreshed, missing items. I had to repeat my order back 3 times at the pick up window and gave them my receipt, AND still missed an item. Worst of it all, my frappe had ice cubes in it....that is not a frappe.
I went through the drive through and order, when I got home there was an order missing of 10 mcnuggets. You guys need to put everything in the bag because we put out trust on you so everything that we order has to be there in the bag..
Hello if you could fix your computer system I went to go order and the computer system social demands last order and it wouldn't change until I made an order but how am I supposed to make an order if I can't see the menu
If you want the filet o fish meal you have to say filet o fish meal, if you say the value meal number they will give you nuggets every time.
Waited 15 minutes at curbside, and then went through the drive through to get my order after watching cars that came in after me come through. They were rude when I went through the drive thru, no apologies. My food was also cold when so they probably were just sitting on it without bringing it out. Lazy, rude and useless
The food and service was great. I ordered a Big Mac and a meal and they made it in no time.
It isn't fun to go to McDonald's with the kids no more when you can only go through the drive thru. And they screw up your orders so bad almost Everytime. And now they charge way to much money for the food & all the portions are so much smaller nothing ever looks like the pictures on the board.Sorry to say it to you Ronald McDonald but you are cut off our list for goin for food.
They charged my card 59.50 for a coffee and a pie. When we got to the second window they handed my husband a small coffee instead of the large we ordered the cashier said they would reverse the charge and they never did. So McDonald's stole 59.50 from me.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered an iced coffee with EXTRA cream and got it with light cream for some reason. I had to ask the person at the window for creamer packets so I'll do it myself because it's SO HARD to do their job right.How can you as a worker making the coffee say "yeah looks like extra cream to me" and give it to your co worker and then THAT worker handing food out the window look at the coffee and say "yeah looks like extra cream to me looks good" and then HAND IT OUT THE WINDOW?! ARE YOU GUYS BLIND?! Amazing
