Horribly slow. Even if there are zero other customers expect to wait 30 minutes to a hour in line and when you bite into your food it will be ice cold. (by ice cold I mean I received liteally a frozen hamburger patty.) Will never go this location again as I have given them chances and just when you think it can’t get worse it somehow does.
The 3rd shift crew are extremely slow at this location. I highly recommend the public to stay away from this McDonald's. This location is in desperate need of an FOR (Full Operations Review) corporate inspection. If Shanock owns this location he should be aware of the slow service and horrific drive thru times on the overnight shift and possibly high labor percentages that happen probably every night. Makes me wonder what a DAR (Daily Activity Report) print out would look like from this crew. I wonder what mystery shop customers have said about this location. One of the crew has a very thick accent and is difficult to understand sometimes which can be a challenge.
This is the worse one in Green Bay. Seriously waiting in line at the drive thru for I not kidding 10 min each car. I'm like serious. The workers are so slow and they don't care. This is definitely not fast the night manager he sucks!!!!! And he is slow.
The best place to eat I recommend it I could eat here every singleee dayyy
Atrocious even by McDonslds standards.Locked up. Closed up. Unfriendly looking.A little sign on the door that said no inside service. No explanation. No apology. It really looked abandoned even though the drive through was open.People were even pulling out of the drive through and leaving.Quote a few cars pulled in and people got out and walked to the door only to find out they could not go in to eat or use a bathroom. All of them left without using the drive through. Tremendous loss of business and customers going on here.This is obviously a franchise or owner that cares nothing for his customers or the company he represents.
Very bad service everytime that I go by the drive- thru they take for ever even if there is only 1 or 2 cars on line at NIGHT TIME one time it take them 30 minutes to give my food.
Omg...sat in the drive thru for at least 20 mins..then i ask for condiments and dude act like hes doing to much already!! On top of they always get you in the drive thru when i got home my sandwich wasnt what i ordered...???
We came late at night and customer service was phenomenal. Miss Jackie is what every company needs. She was very friendly, cordial, and made sure our experience was one to remember. The food and drinks were also great. And I highly recommend this exact McDonald’s, and I hope you all get to meet miss Jackie!
Waited in the drive thru line for over 10 mins. I thought it was fast food. The lady taking orders sounded like I was bothering her. Long wait time, bad customer service. This isn't the 1st time either.
Great service during the day. Hot food. No complaints. Super f slow at night but I guess that should be expected with few workers on night shift. ?♂️
