Ordered Deep Dish, had a little mix up with the order but no big deal, pizza was DELICIOUS!!! Used the app, and pizza was ready when I got there, fresh and hot. Pizza and Crazy Bread for $15! Price can't be beat!! The deep dish and stuffed deep dish are absolutely amazing. Crisp outside edges, "fluffy" inside. One of the best pan pizzas around.
I ordered an "Extramostbestest" pepperoni pizza over the phone. I was told "10 min" eta. I drove for 10ish minutes to sit and wait an additional 30+ minutes to wind up getting a regular pepperoni pizza. I will never set foot into another Little Ceasars pizza shop again! Absolutely ridiculous service. They had about 4 employees there at the time, so nobody can say anything about "understaffed!"
Service was good. Very fast, pizza was good, wings were rinky-dinky. DID NOT LIKE that you could only order a LARGE PIZZA. I WON'T GO BACK.
Tastes great as always haha. 6 dollar pizzas now though. Still cant go wrong unless the size of pizza goes down.
Every time I do online ordering I go there at the time given. Usually I'll wait ten minutes before asking about my order. People came and gone before me. Finally when I asked about my order, it was given to the person before me. So I sat and waited again for my order to be made. Then the worker tells me there is no sausage ready, offered me 2 pepperoni. I just took it because I was already mad and had been waiting in store for a hour for my online order that should of been done already. East Mason site is just so unorganized and no one knows what they are doing. I stopped going to this and traveling to other side of town for pizza.
Last night they did not put my fiance's order in the slot, then refused to give him his money back because they wanted him to wait for them to actually make his order 45 minutes after the app said it was ready. Today, they didn't give us our 2 orders of breadsticks and cheese sauce, but still couldn't help us. Yesterday they owed us $20. Today they owe us an additional $20, because we used door dash and that costs money, too. They aren't going to fix this for us. Don't get your food here, either pickup or delivery. This is just whats recent. Ask, and I'll lay out the rest. I have a LIST.

WORST LOCATION IN THE AREA!This location used to be decent or at least standard.The past several months it has declined rapidly. It's never very busy when I go there and always appears fully staffed but the food is substandard. To be specific the crust at this location has always been terrible compared to every other location. Recently it has become "non-existent", "missing in action".Please view the pictures included. This is their "Extra Most Bestest" premium Grade "A" pizza. A "hot and ready" pizza at the Ashland location would have more cheese and better crust than this. Could buy a LotzzaMotzza for the 9 dollars this cost.I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
I cought them right before closing tonight. Great service, especially for the time that I had called in.I had called the Depere Webster location at 8:45 and they never answered the phone. Had to drive across town despite the two locations advertising the same hours.
