The coffee may be okay. But when a manager(!) takes the information from a customers payment card to contact them outside of work for personal reasons or to try and sell them stuff from their personal side business, that is majorly not okay. You need to make your employees aware that the personal information on a customers credit card is not for them to copy down and attempt unsolicited contact with outside of work.
