Excellent place to stay whether travelling on business or pleasure. Like that there is an area for work or lounging seperate from the sleeping area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Pub serves good food and very comfortable.
As a top tier Hyatt member, I have grown to expect a certain level of service and comfort associated with the "Hyatt Regency" brand. Accordingly, when I needed a hotel in Green Bay, I didn't think twice about selecting this hotel. Well, they fooled me! It is an old Embassy Suites, disguised as a Hyatt Regency. The Embassy Suites' layout, rooms, and facilities have not been upgraded. The room definitely showed its age, and had several quirks. (Light switches that didn't work, temperamental faucets, intermittent Internet, filthy screens, ) And the free breakfast was very average. So... set your expectations accordingly if you choose to stay in this wannabe Hyatt.
Good staff, but the property is reminiscent of old Crown Plaza properties. Dark, dingy, noisy rooms. Rooms have old worn carpet and drapery. Cheap fixtures and furniture, the bedding is nothing to brag about either.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were welcoming, courteous, and professional. We would choose this hotel again as well as recommend to others. Walking distance to River Walk shops and restaurants was a bonus.
No towel bars, outrageous cost for breakfast. Could get better buffet at golden coral for cheaper. Had to get my bring my dirty towels to the desk to get new ones. Pull out couch bed was nothing but bars, springs, and cloth. Most uncomfortable sleep of my life. My back still hurts. Had to pay 10 per day for parking on day 2 had to run to store and came back to no spots available so I had to pay another cost to park in city parking across the street. Really the best thing was the convince of location.
Stayed at hyatt for kitsune kon 2022 a fun convention at hotel lots to do even despite size of KI Convention Center. Would come again in the future for kitsune kon though hopefully convention might need more things to do.
The staff was amazing. The hotel was pristine. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. Food was yummy and well prepared with a good variety available. We're looking forward to our next stay in the future.
Nice place for small conventions like kitsune kon, great access to nearby cheap parking however it’s very warm indoors. There is not enough airflow and air conditioning. Tons of people constantly fanning themselves and walking between floors made people more exhausted and sweaty in the heat.
Kitsunue Kon is a wonderful event being run by excellent people. Check it out next year
Rooms were very nice and clean, staff was courteous. Lots of walking to convention rooms held on the 2nd floor. Recommend escalators vs steps. Suggesting a family oriented restaurant, prices were to high for the value of the food and took to long to get served. Please note the employees in the restaurant were also very friendly. Perhaps you were short handed
