I will never go to this kfc again! If thier was an option for zero stars I would have picked that. Their service is terrible. They messed up my order and made no effort to fix it. The employees are a joke. Absolutely repulsive!
I doordash when I need to, and this place needs to have a better way to pick up orders from online or placed via 3rd party! I call and I get the phone ringing and ringing and someone seems to pick up and then hang up cuz. I answering machine comes in and I know they have one cuz I've called here before and that picked up. This place is so poorly managed for online and 3 rd party pickup orders! Get your shot together KFC!! Open your dining room for ppl wanting to pick up the food instead of having a line out to Military Ave or Shawano Ave!! This is pathetic!!!
Ordered chicken tender big box and asked to substitute my coleslaw for a mac and cheese. i was given the max and cheese and i had 2 fries in my box. would like a refund.
Placed an order online. Paid for it, the restaurant that’s supposed to be open until 8 pm is closed. No money, and no food.
Every time I come to this location (which is multiple times a month) SOMETHING gets messed up in my order. Wrong sauce, no sauce, I ask for no ice and they give me extra ice, forgotten utensils, ect. Never enough to turn around and go back but also very frustrating. The staff is very friendly but accuracy is important.
Sign on drivethru said closed at 8pm due to staff shortage I arrived at 7:40. Nobody at the drive thru responding, I pulled around to side of building and saw what looked to be a manager sitting at a table doing absolutely nothing except waiting out the clock. Extremely disappointed
In these covid times the drive through was very slow. Luckily I was there on a weekend and didn't have to be anywhere. Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time I have to say it is every bit as good as Popeyes. $8 for a combo meal is about a dollar too high in my opinion but I will probably go again.
The manager they need to watch out the guy having and front he never said thank you..I want to switch my order... And the black guy come with bad actitud.. bad services... ?
Just went through an extremely slow drive thru. I ordered a 16 piece family meal. I was asked to pull ahead. Then it took them 10 minutes to get the food to me. When I got home I had a 12 pieces of Chicken. When I called, the manager argued with me over 4 pieces of Chicken. I asked that i be refunded the price between a 16 piece and a 12 piece. She would only do it for the 4 pieces or I could pick up the four pieces of Chicken tomorrow. Not one time was there an apology. I will never go back! My recommendation is count your chicken pieces before you leave the drive thru
If you're ordering online pickup and you have to drive through the drive thru to get your order, it's pointless to have this option in my opinion. If there's a long line of traffic, you have not saved any time.
