Really slow location with 2 hour delivery times and drivers don't follow instructions. Tried multiple times to cancel the order but apparently they shut their phones off as well.Update - Gave you guys another shot. About 95 minutes to deliver two sandwiches to my work that is a 1/2 mile away.Time to change your slogan!!

I always had good customer service. Staff very professional and polite . Food is awesome love Jimmy John's.

The order has been wrong the last 3 times. Jimmy John’s has no idea what extra lettuce is also my wife will order no tomato’s and she gets them but mines doesn’t have any. The have sent the completely wrong order 2 times. Also they lie to keep delivery times for the store by saying it’s delivered on the computer but still take 40 minutes to get your order. I could handle it taking forever to get my food if at least the order was correct. Whenever we call we get the same lame shocked answer like they didn’t know they hit delivered. I recommend going to any other sandwich shop.

Three hours is not freaky fast. Second time this has happened. Absolutely horrible. I’ve seen paint dry faster.

Worst customer service that I have encountered. Told food was out for delivery. 2 hours later still no food. Forgot food last order. Contacted store no response. Corporate responded. Last time ever ordering from here.

Do not ever order food from here via phone service or door dash. Multiple times the food has either not shown up or been and hour and a half late. I’ve waited and come back multiple times trying to see if maybe it was a bad day but unfortunately that was not the case. STAY AWAY

Used to be really good. Quality and service has fallen lately.If they are out of an item: THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU! YOU CAN STILL ADD IT TO YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT! They do not disable the option on their site if they're out!I ordered chips with my sandwich, and never got any. When I called the store, they said they didn't have chips at the moment. But they still charged me money for it.You can't do that. You literally cannot charge people for an item that you do not have. You should either provide a replacement, or refund that item, without having to get the customer to call over it.Also, they are ridiculously slow. They claim "Freaky Fast" but delivery time for my past 2 orders have been 1 hour or longer. Very disappointing. Will not order from this store location again.

Ordered Gargantuan like always and got normal unwich. Didn’t have time to run back due to their mistake and just asked for the difference. Was told had to come in as they don’t believe me! Sorry, don’t have time for terrible Custer en service

Slow!!! They are never “Freaky fast”, and have waited over an hour and a half for my food!!! It’s essentially a minimum of 45 min before it’s even out for delivery, and then it takes the driver another 15+ to get 5 min up the road!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I used to work at a jimmy johns, and know what the policy and standards are (or used to be), and this one is NOT up to par!!! I’ve ordered 5 times from this store, and every time it’s the same. Never once have I been offered any kind of compensation. I was told that “freaky fast” is no longer the policy. It’s now “freaky fresh”. Maybe the advertisements should be updated and changed, because it is very misleading!! It’s been almost an hour, and it’s still not out for delivery!
