So I work at Bellin witch is about 6 min away from this shop. I ordered at 11:30 2 subs and was told it would be about twenty minutes. I though that was fair and placed the order and even tipped the driver 25%. At around 12:30 I called and asked where my food was, I was told “he just left he should be there shortly. At 1:05 the driver comes into the building barely able to walk and smelling terribly of weed. Throws me the food, says in a barley audible tone have a good day and runs out the door. If you want jimmy johns order from a different shop. I guarantee you it will come on time and not warm even tho I could have walked there in less time than I took him to drive. Absolutely aweful experience
Love Jimmy Johns. Have got their “unwich” many times without gluten free issues. Ask them to switch gloves
Unfortunately, it seems management doesn't value their customers like they used to and it's very disappointing and sad to see the only place you got subs from for years lose everything you loved due to poor customer service. I gave the local management over a week to respond. Time for a change.
Ordered delivery, no chips, no straw, & my drink is maybe 1/2 not even actual lemonade because they filled it to the brim with iceThis is a reflection of this delivery not all their services OI
Consistently positive experience. They made an error one time (wrong sandwich) and offered $10 off my next purchase. Works for me.
So I know there is bad weather tonight and everyone is short staffed. Being short staffed is the new normal but if you are unable to accept more orders maybe your online ordering system shouldn't allow it. Jimmy John's decided it was perfectly acceptable to take my order for delivery with their app and take money out of my checking account but not deliver any of the food I ordered. Instead I just get a call from the store saying the cancelled my order. No cancelled confirmation number or email. Again, you took money from me and. delivered nothing. I feel like I should report this to my bank as fraudulent charge thinking my money back.
Apparently my request for no lettuce (as indicated on the receipt) means something different at this location. Now I’m in my vehicle trying to scrape off tons of shredded lettuce that is covered in Mayo.
Freaky fast ain't the half, I ordered the gargantuan and a veggie, and planned to turn the porch light on, stopped in the kitchen to grab a bag of plain but salted Lays and some napkins and ding dong, ding dong... No, can't be, yep, Jimmy John's was already at my door, no bs, it was like they already had my sandwiches made and waitied on me to place the call but that couldn't be because I ordered the veggie with extra guacamole, like I said Freaky fast for real ???
If you eat out a lot and get are sick of Sonic and Arby's try this place it's freaky fast and has real food
slowest service i have ever seen. Someone needs to get more employees or something. every time we order, it is at least an hour 15 to hour and a half to get our order. You would think they would know the busy times by now and have this figured out.
