I can't believe how truly terrible the service is at this place. I ordered the pizza, an hour and a half later I called because it was a half hour past the delivery time. They said wait another half hour. I called again a half hour later. They said they couldn't find my address. We confirmed it was correct. They said I should come and get my pizza because they didn't know what else to do. I asked for my money back. They said they didn't know how to refund me and there was no manager working. I finally agreed to go get it. I normally like Jet's. They have delivered to me several times before. My address has not changed and I ordered online. When I arrived there was a person ahead of me in line with a similar problem. I was given a lukewarm pizza and when I spoke to the manager the next day, he just said "Yeah, we are going to be firing the whole crew." Truly, truly a terrible place.
Why is It never open. If I try to order on the app it is always saying it is closing eat. What pizza place closes at 6:00pm on a Friday? When I have gotten through on the phone aren’t offering delivery and I have to pick up by 7:00pm because they close early? Doesn’t seem like a great business model to get people to return.
I'd give 5 stars because I love the pizza crust but unfortunately, I've come 3 times during hours of operation only to find them closed. Seems to be more hit or miss lately.
One star because I could not even place an order. Google says they close at 9pm. Their own site says 10pm when searching for a location to order from, until you bring up the GB location. Says they close at 8pm and here I am at 8:01 trying to place an order.....

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. I would like to say I'm judging by taste, but my pizza never came! My delivery was scheduled for 6:53pm (an hour from when I ordered). By 7:15pm I was attempting to call and find out where my pizza was, but it kept signaling the line was busy. When it finally rang I got immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. Then while on hold, I get a call on the other line from the Asst Manager that my order got canceled and they had to close the store for the night!!! Beyond hungry and super irritated!
ordered at 5pm. it said it would take an hour. At 630 i called. The gentleman apologized said he was alone and my order was on its way. it is now 730 and still no pizza. He offered me a coupon for next time, but I'm not sure i will ever order from here again. Doesn't pay to call again. i tried 5 times last time before they picked up
Good pizza, but service not the best. Ordered 3 pizzas and only got 2 delivered. Tried to call an no one answered. Disappointed.
The pizza itself was pretty good. I expected something larger for the proce, but it proved to be quite filling. The Detroit-style crust was awesome and the sauce had a good flavor. Bittersweet and heavy on herbs.Ordering was more hassle than it needed to be. The website kept telling me no stores delivered to my location (Little over a mile away. A 5 minute drive.)Driver began our business relationship by complaining about the mask mandate we have for our office. He seems like an alright guy otherwise, but if I want to hear strangers complain about Covid policies, I can just scroll Facebook for a second.
Awesome service Stevie was great had excellent customer service and was very impressed with how he handled my order!
