Horrible service and terrible made food. Husband ordered an omelette and there was barely any cheese. I got a burrito that was missing the sauce inside. Then they brought our daughter food out first and it was cold ah. First time there and won’t be going back.
The only thing I dislike about going to any restaurant in general is how at the end they bring you your check with out asking if you would like anything else. Overall waitress was ok.
Me and my boyfriend decided to go to Green Bay for our anniversary and eat here since we don’t have an IHop by where we live. We came in, put our names down to be called and told it was going to be 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes go by, and parties of 2, 4, etc were being sat that came in after us. Another 10 minutes goes by, and everyone that was ahead of us and many parties after us were sat, so I had to mention something to be seated. We were seated immediately after, and the hostess said nothing to us as we were sat. We waited to get our drinks ordered, our food ordered, and when we got our food, it was definitely not something to write home about. I ordered pancakes that were dry and bland, and my boyfriend got an omelette that he seemed to have no complaints about. Overall, we were there for almost two hours. I didn’t enjoy the food nor the hostesses attitudes, but the waiter seemed to be nice and doing his best since they were busy. I’m never one to complain and I try to be very nice and patient, but I couldn’t be in this case.
I ordered a potato pancake. We got cubed potatoes instead.
We placed an order through DoorDash tonight. The majority of the order was missing, which happened to be the main items. What we got was unbuttered toast, a side of hashbrowns and mozzarella sticks. We were missing two separate orders of pancakes, crepes and an omelet. I mean, come on - you can’t miss that by mistake. I called our delivery driver, who said he thought the bag was small compared to our order…so he spoke with the employee at the restaurant to double check and show her the order on his phone before leaving. He said she told him that was it, which was clearly a lie. When I tried to call IHOP directly, they were closed. So all I can assume is they didn’t want to fulfill the order since it was close to closing. If that was the case, they should’ve turned off their delivery availability. This definitely wasn’t $63 worth of food, which is what we were charged. DoorDash heard it immediately. Not cool, IHOP on Oneida.
Waitress was friendly and fast, as were the majority of the other waitstaff. Food came out quick and just as we wanted. Excellent experience!
Rude waiters hair in my food. After I got my food I waited 15 minutes for silverware definitely overpriced and unfriendly to minorities in my opinion
My sister and I went out for breakfast and neither one of us were very hungry. So we got the breakfast sampler. Two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, two ham, two pancakes and hash browns. We asked for an extra plate and divided the breakfast in half. Just right proportions for both of us. And we had coffee. The waitress was really nice as well. Turnover of tables were quick too. Nice place to go.
Looked forward to this visit for a few months only to be completely disappointed in every aspect. First point at entry was the over loud bar style music where a person can't have a conversation. When it was time to get seated myself and a family member slipped the hardwood style floors they put in. Waitress was extremely slow and inattentive. She didn't come to check on us at all, we got service from another waitress. We asked for an allergen menu and when the binder was brought to us it was wet and moldy papers inside. When my cup of coffee was brought to me she had the creamer bowl on top of it with my coffee touching the bottom of the bowl...eww! When our food arrived, it was cold. Took almost 15 minutes after we ate to get our bill and when we went to check put the waitress followed us up and did the checkout with the money she had in her pocket. No receipt, no change, and then she proceeded to put the money from our meal in her pocket. Atmosphere was loud and extremely dirty. I wouldn't bring my elderly mother here as she'd end up on the floor due to the unsafe flooring. I will not return to this location ever again!! We spent an hour there for one meal to be served to us, and prices have gone through the roof for specific items. $3.50 for a small order of fries, $3 for a single cup of coffee, seeing as she never returned to give me a refill, and $3 for 2 pieces of cracker thin toast. If I get sick, I know where it happened. My other guests refused to eat because of a lot of what was seen. Basically one breakfast meal with a side of toast cost $20. Time for new management at this location!
Sat down quick. Waitress asked what we needed. We said just give us a couple minutes. Then 30 minutes later decided to get up and leave since we drank our drinks and still didnt place an order. She did everything from stand around to appear to be buying drugs or something in tinfoil. She even looked super high. Disgusting. She got mad when she seen us leave. Unacceptable service.Needs new management.
