I ordered pizza took over 2hr this is my favorite pizza but I'm have to find pizza else where..
The place is just kind of gross, honestly. There was a lot of trash laying around, like actual trash on the floor and random towels on multiple tables. Poorly painted walls and front counter, with prices written on tape all over the electronic tv menu. It needs a lot of TLC.There seemed to only be 1 dude working, so my food wasnt ready when they said it'd be. The breadsticks were bland, and not worth getting. I did however enjoy the cheese curds, that was it.
Worst pizza in town, worst service in town. The kid at the counter said he was just a cashier and couldn't do anything. Then he said he was the owner and owned the whole building. Yeah right. Dont waste your money
0/10 definitely would NOT recommend. Just look at all the negative reviews... and then the owner arguing with people should tell you all you need to know. Do not waste your time or money here. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn't even get to try the food but plenty of other reviews have said it's no good. Literally any other pizza joint is a better choice. This might be the most poorly run restaurant in Green Bay.
Indoor seating for only 4 people. We planned on eating in. Asked for paper plates..none. Cups to share 2 litre bottle soda..none. Bottled water..none. Poor soda selection.. To their credit, they did send a driver out to pick up plates, cups, water and ice.
Ordered a large pizza and 20 wings it was fantastic and staff was so kind
Ordered the 16 piece chicken dinner with 4 family sides... Family sides are not what they once were!! You barely get half of what you should!! 10-15 potato wedges in a large to-go foam box, would normally be full, mind you each full foam box holds 1 family side.. On top of this, I was missing 2 other family sides!! I guess new management changed everything and how much is in each family side!! I can't imagine what a single side looks like for potato wedges!!
Ordered 1 pizza Monday night and after processing the credit card was told 1 - 1.25 hours! 7:30 on a Monday. Come on. And it was Browns v Steelers for Monday nite football so wouldn’t think that would be the issue. Pizza arrived in 1 & 1/2 hours and not real hot. Not terrible but certainly nothing worth waiting that long.
It is not often I leave a bad review, but for this visit I will. Last night we decided to order a couple of Italian Beef sandwiches, some fries, and onion rings. We were told it would be 30-35 minutes. We arrived in 30 minutes. I waited at least 2 or 3 minutes before someone came out of the back to help me. I paid for the order but looking back I think I was overcharged as compared to the online menu. The guy had a hard time finding my order by name, and still had a hard time after I told him what I ordered. I think they had forgotten to cook the fries, and I think they tossed the onion rings back in the fryer to reheat them. I suspect the food was ready way before the 30 minutes we were told.When we got the food home, we found the fries to be way under cooked and soggy. We had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible. The meat on the sandwiches was very dried out and nothing like Italian beef should be. It was also very spicy even though we did not have Giardinara on them. The menu also says the sandwich should have Mozzarella Cheese. If they had any, it was nowhere to be found. The sandwich was almost inedible.It is evident that there is no adult management at the restaurant. The lobby is a mess with printed signs that are ripped and old. This was our first visit in a long time, and it will be a long time until our next visit.Today I see I was actually charged $5.00 MORE than the overcharged amount. I did not put a TIP on the bill. I put a line through the tip line.
I had the worst experience ever at GB Pizza Company !!! If I could describe this place with one word it would be “dump”. The restaurant is very dirty and it smells horrible. The service is also very bad. They should change their name, definitely doesn’t represent GB. I will definitely never go and orden again, I will stick to my frozen pizza at home. For anyone who reads this review, save yourself time and money- get some frozen pizza or little caesars.
