This has always been one of our favorite restaurants in Green Bay. Today we were very disappointed! We ordered our favorite broasted chicken dinner. When our server brought it, I couldn't believe what I saw. The chicken wasn't even as big as a Cornish hen. Then they must still be broasting it like it was a full sized chicken. The tiny breast was so dry, I couldn't eat it. I was afraid I would choke. We were so disappointed I don't know if we will go back. The server was excellent, as usual.

Huge variety of dishes with large quantities. Came for an early dinner, as we were in the area, and were seated/served immediately. Wanted a restaurant with a kids menu as we were with littles- who are often picky. Many opitions for all. Food was very good and the service was great! All the servers/employees we encountered were kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Food was reasonably priced and filling. Restaurant was clean and had a variety of seating. Would go back again.
We stopped in for breakfast. Everything was good portions and tasted great. More of a clean diner style food but worth the stop.
Was visiting Green Bay and my mom loves this place and wanted to stop when we were in town. A Huge Menu and variety of foods. It was hard to choose. The meals (including sandwiches) come with soup which is homemade. I had the chicken noodle which was delicious. The entrees also include a dessert. Mom had an entree and got her soup and homemade strawberry shortcake to go. I had a chicken breast sandwich. So much of a good sandwich depends on the roll - these are homemade or local bakery made and super fresh and light. There is something for everyone there. Mom usually gets the Greek Salad because she obviously loves it. Just a note that that is apparently a hit too. I'm not crazy about their fries though - but thankfully, I didn't want to eat a lot them so that actually helped. Their meal portions are enormous!
Best food in Green Bay! Gus is so kind and is always so welcoming! All the servers are so kind and thoughtful! Definitely recommend the ribs, banana creme pie, and turkey dinner! Can’t beat the prices!
Great experience from the moment we walked in. We drove down from Rock, MI to spend time with family. We had a great waitress that allowed us the time to chat. She made sure we had extra napkins since we had RIBS that day. We definitely will be back because of our great service.
huge portions, awesome prices, and Gus has the best customer service of any restaurant that I've been to in Green Bay. great Friday fish fry, and clam chowder to die for.

Me and my wife were looking for a place to visit on Sundays for breakfast and I gotta say we have found it! My wife had got the classic breakfast with eggs, ham toast and a side order of biscuits and gravy. I got the biscuits and gravy ( which seems like that is the specialty for breakfast here) since seriously EVERYONE around us also got the biscuits and gravy and I can see why because they are delicious! The biscuits were fluffy and flavorful the gravy was nice and think mixed with plenty of sausage and perfectly seasoned. We can't wait to go back this Sunday my wife is just dying to try their huge selection of waffles.I also don't know of the older lady and the front desk man own the place but of they do that is so nice to see them working along side everyone else if it wasn't the owner then huge respect for the both of them because they sure seemed to care deeply about how everyone's visit was and made it a point that are experience was they best we could have.Excellent choice of restaurants keep it up golden basket!
