Food was better than normal, but it’s pretty much ran by teenagers. As soon as we walked in, 5 different people walked out of the side closet with their phones, and all started acting busy. They were swearing loudly, while other guest had their kids present. All the tables were dirty so luckily I brought my own disinfectant wipes. I don’t even know if there was a manager on duty…
I ordered the Chicken parmesan for my entree and it was not good at all, chicken was extremely soggy and the sauce had very little flavor. The best part of the meal was the breadsticks, and one of the employees was actually really nice. Overall I was not impressed, I would suggest going to Olive Garden or any other local Italian restaurant.

Very good customer service
Haven't been in a long time but the breadsticks were phenomenal and the service was good too! The prices aren't too high but also not cheap either. Overall for 650 the lunch special was very satisfying along with the 11 breadsticks I devoured. Oh and the silverware is prepackaged so you don't have to worry about getting gross utensils. Glad the dining room is back open!!!
charlie was a very polite cashier who was very funny also he had a smile on his face the whole time overall great guy. chloe our server was a very nice girl who would check up on us and get my table whatever we needed. suggest this place over any other fazolis because of the family friendly service and polite young workers.
I grew up on Fazolis, and decided to give it a try again after many, many years. We got fettuccine alfredo, baked meatballs and bread sticks. There was almost no flavor at all to the alfredo sauce in my pasta but the meatballs were pretty decent for fast food meatballs. The bread sticks were ok, only a little salty and kind of tough. Personally I definitely prefer rocky rococo’s breadsticks. We got our food very fast in the drive thru.
Used to eat here all the time and I have had good an bad experiences here, but I was here the other day after not being here in quite some time and felt it was review worthy. I should have gotten the girls name who was working because she was outstanding and deserves to be rewarded. It was the cleanest I think I’ve ever seen the restaurant, the food was great, the service was great, didn’t have to go the counter for additional breadsticks, and the girl who took my order was busting butt all over the resturaunt the whole time I was there. Taking orders, and when she wasn’t doing that, she was cleaning tables, bussing dishes, ect..prices have gone up quite a lot as everywhere else and everything else has but was still impressed with my visit.
The sent as soon as you walk in the door is of there breadsticks (which is my favorite thing there are I highly recommend them). I didn't know this until I went in recently, but this location is partnered with the Cheesecake Factory which means you can also get some delicious cheesecake. Which is a nice bonus.
