Thing steak and cheese just with scoop of meet 3slices of cheese mayo cold. Small bowl of chill +no spoon .20oz sprite for $20 not worth it

Had to cancel my order because their delivery driver didn't show. I paid with a debit card with the online order and I'm still waiting for my refund. This is at the location in Wausau.
I have tried to order 3 times for delivery from the Broadway Street store in Fargo from the app. I even gave the driver a 20% tip. All 3 time when the sandwiches were scheduled for delivery, they call and tell me they have to cancel the order. One time they told me they were closing and it was 6:00 pm when they were supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. The other two times they called to say they didn’t have a driver. Well if that is the issues, they need to call right away until waiting until past the delivery time. It will be a very long time before I ever buy from this company again.

Employees more interested in chatting with each other while working than taking care of customers. Employees looked at me, kept chatting. I said “hi!”, they continued to chat, and one of them said in a snotty tone “give us one minute!”. I walked out. Don’t support unprofessionalism such as this.
