The parking lot and drive thru are not great. I often order online and they typically forget my cold foam. The staff is often very short, rude and unapologetic. But the coffee tastes delicious.
They never get your order correct. They also are always missing items if you order delivery.I ordered 6 donuts, 6 bagels with butter, 1 tea. What I got was 4 bagels with cream cheese, and 1 tea. No donuts at all, and missing bagels. Also, the cream cheese instead of butter issue was annoying. Cream Cheese is nowhere near the same thing as butter.I can say with confidence that when I order from them I have never gotten a correct order. Even if it's as simple as 3 chocolate frosted donuts, I get 3 glazed or something instead.The workers here do not care at all about anything. They just throw random items into a bag then call it a job done.
As of the last few months I have noticed that any drink I buy here tastes nasty. The staff seems to treat you like you had the audacity to order food/drink. They also messed up the sizing on my drinks on two previous orders, by giving me smaller sizes. I haven’t had a good experience at the Main st location or the De Pere location.
This location can't seem to get an order right. My last several orders in a row were messed up. Simple food items are often totally wrong or missing entirely.
Google says they open at 5AM was the second person in a long line no service. Waited for 12 minutes and had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work.
Kaylin and Lisa gave the best services I've encountered at Duncan donuts Green Bay main st next to Uhaul. Very kind and personable. 10 thumbs up ?
I went to Dunkin a couple days ago, Some girl (worker) spat in my drink, I could see the bubbles and def does not taste right. I don’t know her name but short, blonde hair girl. Quite lucky I’m not even making a huge deal out of this.
It's not often my order is taken/entered correctly, or that I even get what I ordered. I don't ask for very difficult things either, so I'm not sure what's going on but I see I'm not the only one. Love the coffee but I highly suggest Scooters, at least over this location. De Pere isn't problematic either.
I used to love Dunkin but that has drastically changed. I used to go 5-6 days a week when they would make my drink perfect. Then after a few times of getting disgusting drinks half the time I only went 2-3 times a week. And now I will be frequenting Scooters Coffee. The last few times I ordered my drink, which is a simple order (coffee with cream and sugar) my drink was basically all cream, very disgusting.
i have been going to this dunkin for a while….. like three years, and lately i’ve been feeling disappointed. the service isn’t good, the drink is t good and is not what i ordered and then when i ask to have a new one they pop an attitude. i might as well take my business with mcdonald’s
