I placed an order with an auto response giving me the usual 30-40 mins for delivery but I had to wait over 2 hours for my order and called them to see what was taking so long, they told me my order was just entered the assembly line and prob won’t be for another 30mins or so before it’s sent out. Manager didn’t give me any assuring feeling when we spoke, wish I should’ve had just cancelled my order as it was a waste of time.
Waited 2 hours called and asked about our orders status. Was told that it was taking so long because I didnt have a room number on the order. Confused I told the worker that it was an order for a home not an apartment or hotel. He then informed me it would be another 45-hour before we would see our order because it was large.( 3 pizzas, bread twist, and lava cake) fast forward another hour and half....no pizza. Call to cancel order cause at this point the kids had sandwiches and I just wanted to go to bed. Josh who answered the phone said "fine, we can do that." I asked how long it would take to see the amount applied back to my credit card (online orders are required to be prepaid with a credit card) I was informed 1-2 business days, depending on the bank. I will be looking for a refund.
Was on vacation in green bay for the weekend it was a Saturday night we ordered a pizza off the app at 6:30pm and by 7:30 it still hadn't arrived so I called the store and they said "you're 11th in line so about an hour to hour and a half wait still." We hung up. So I'm thinking by 8:30-9pm we'd get pizza. Wrong. We didn't get our order until 10:15pm. Almost a 4 hour wait for a pizza that was a 5 minute drive from our hotel. Will never order pizza from them again while on vacation. It was ridiculous. Longest wait I've ever had! And so not even worth it. Pizza was half cold and we didn't even eat it.
My wife ordered for carry out while she was running errands. The app gave her a pick up time of about an hour. She got to the store and they told her it would be another hour and a half. Changed to delivery and waited another 2 hours for the food to be delivered. Delivery driver Phil was very nice though. We understand places are short staffed and may be busy but 3 hours for pizza is a little ridiculous.
Ordered online for delivery; expected delivery between 45 and 60 minutes. The online tracker was still on "prep" after 70 minutes. Finally arrived after 95 minutes. One of the pizzas was supposed to have green peppers, onions, and chicken -- maybe one small piece of each veggie per slice and no chicken in sight.This is nothing new; the last five times that I or my friends have ordered from this location, delivery has been extremely slow -- one time took three hours. Overall, Domino's has once again become complete and utter trash. Would not recommend, will go for other pizza instead.
Delivery guy great!! Pizza could be better Person who took order bad (customer service didn't even know where tundra lodge located). 2 hr. wait for pizza told 30 min.
Horrible customer service. I know wait times are long everywhere due to staff shortages, however when the app tells you that your order will be ready in 30 minutes it should be ready in 30 minutes and not hours later! It’s happened to us twice in the last couple months, so until they hire more staff we’ll be going somewhere else!
Took 1.5 hours to move from prep to oven, but staffing everywhere is short af. So if you don't want to wait for them to get to your order, then just make your own food. ???♀️ our stuff was good tho ?
Decided to order from Domino's because their competition said it was going to be over 2 hours before I made the order for it to be delivered... so I figured Domino's would be quicker. After an hour of it being in "Prep" phase I decided to call and see how long. Calling these people is a JOKE! Hung up on 3 times, line disconnected twice and a call center in India answering the line I finally got through to a "Josh." Josh informed me that I was 5th in line to get my order made and hung up on me. After 25 more minutes of trying to get back to "Josh" I finally was able to cancel my order and just pick up an order from Pizza Hut... worst Customer service ever! Wish I could leave less than 1 star...
Placed an order over an hour ago. Called to check on said order, and got a very rude "assistant manager" who was absolutely not interested in even answering our questions and just wanted to get off the phone. He even at one point before answering any of our questions threatened to cancel our order, for inquiring. Then told us it would be over 2 more hours to receive our order.
