Ordered at 5:45 pm called back at 6:45 pm was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Called back at 7:30 they said " It's just now coming out of the oven" guess I should have read all these reviews first. How do they keep in business with this type of review history??Remember the days of 30 minutes or it's free???? Guess it's "We'll get there whenever we want ."
This Domino's is better than any other! My food is always delivered in a timely manner and always fresh and hit. The delivery drivers are polite. Never had an issue. Great job!!!
I typically order for pick up hours ahead of time and I still have to wait for my pizza.Tonight I called for delivery and the kid who took my order seemed very incompetent and kinda rude.When the pizza arrived, I found out from the receipt that I had been charged $11 on my debit card and $5 on my gift card, when the kid on the phone told me $5 was going on my debit card. When I called and explained the error, all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience "This is unfortunate because I really like their pizza and this is the location closest to my house!
Placed an order at 7:09pm on a Tuesday to be delivered to a hospital as a thank you to some nurses. The estimated delivery time was between and hour and an hour and twenty minutes, which seemed long for a smallish order on a week night, but okay.I got a phone call feom the driver at 8:54pm telling me the order was at the hospital but that security said they wouldn't bring it upstairs. I explained to the driver that I wasn't there and the directions the staff had given me. The driver was kind enough to go back in and clear this up with security to make sure it got to the right people. Before we hung up, I did ask him what had taken so long. He apologized and said the store has been very short staffed.Five stars for the driver, rest of the review aside.If you are so short staffed that it takes TWO HOURS to make and deliver 2 large pizzas and 2 cookie/brownie things, you should probably just close. It would serve your customers better.
I placed an order yesterday and it took 2.15 hours to get to my house and then I keep calling to get at least get Store credit because it should be fair And they keep hanging up on me and I know it's not my phone And I would have been OK with the store credit whatever OK but now I'm just mad because they don't want to help me
I understand they are short staffed, but I have ordered here 2 times in the last 3 months. The first time it took 3.5 hours to arrive (we live 5 minutes away), and the food was cold. We called 30 mins after our expected time and they had not even started the order yet.We thought we would try pickup the next time. We pulled up to the window at the time given to us just to be told (after waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the window) that they are short staffed and didn't start our order. Was told that it would be at least another hour or more.They did refund our money, but I will never order from Domino's again. If you are understaffed, update your times or change your hours to when you have staff. Just posting this so others don't waste their time.
I ordered two pizzas on Sunday November 21st. I went to pick them up 45 minutes later at the time stated online. I was told it would be another hour and a half wait. The only answer they had was the time online is wrong.I attempted to let the corporate headquarters know and answered endless questions with their bot. No one even bothered to send a response. Apparently my business was not very important to them.
1 hour late last month, 2 hours the next week and decided to get my free pizza and another 2 HOUR WAIT! I live 2 minutes down the road it’s ridiculous food was at least warm the first time?
The only thing good was the delivery driver was fiendly.
Every single time I come to GB to visit my family, I order from them. Each time, they never disappoint. Great food. Nice people. Delivery people are awesome as well! They deserve a raise for doing what they do. #pizzalivesmatter ?
