This is the second time and my last ordering from Domino's! The last time I waited about 2 hours before I received my order. This time it may be about the same.. still waiting. When I call they say it is just about to go in the oven, an hour after placing order. I get this whole pandemic has buisness without much staff, but this is ridiculous!
Ordered a 10 inch pizza and breadtwists with the new cheese dip... both pizza and cheese dip was burnt. dip had a ton of grease on top. And when I arrived employees were all over the place. They were scurrying like rats and couldn't find my order. If you are going to get a dominios pizza don't order from there. Trust me.
Horrible skills all around, this is the 8th time in a row this has happened to us. We order maybe once every 2 maybe 3 weeks Sometimes longer. Every time we have been told around 1.5 hours and we agree and everytime its been 2to 3 hours not 1 phone call or anything.Then you call them, at which point your greeted by some child that has no idea whats going on or what your order is and generally has not 1 care in this voice, further more it sounded like the phone woke him up from a nap, N tells you that the foods not even started yet.We will never use domino's again. At ay location anymore .
Definitely not ordering pizza here ever again. Ordered a pizza to have the pizza be delivered to the completely wrong address. We then called in the have the manager yell at us. Not sure if we will get a refund until tomorrow or at all
I ordered 2 chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Neither on had mush alfredo on them and one of them was burnt. Would not order from there ever again
My son ordered pizza and wings at 630 pm 730 still nothing. Called them and said had no ordered for this address but there is a pending charge on his bank account. Was told he put in the wrong zip code or wrong 3 digit code on the card. The manager better get more familiar with credit cards and accounting. If you put the wrong zip code or wrong 3 digit code your card will be declined and not show pending in your account. Was also told it will take almost a week to clean or be returned to account. This is not the first time I have heard this happening at this location. Reading all the reviews they are better off closing this location. Very disappointed in this location and unprofessional the management is.
Have you ever wanted to wait 2 hours for a pizza? Have you ever wanted the opportunity to attempt to explain that a 2 hour wait for a predicted 30-40 minute delivery is excessive? Have you ever wanted to still be charged for a pizza you receive 2 and a half hours after ordering with no attempts to fix the situation?Clearly Domino's isn't too worried about customer retention, so order with caution. You might just have to wait till the next day with no offered concessions.Notes to the staff? Maybe at least pretend to care.
The pizzas were cold, overcooked almost burnt. We ordered extra sauce and they didn’t put on sauce on one pizza and very little on other. I went over 20 years without ordering dominos and it was a mistake to try them again.
Think twice before ordering from this location for delivery… or better yet, don’t order from here at all. Poor customer service all around. Order was placed around 8:40 with a 35 minute estimated delivery. Waited an hour and a half before calling to check on the delivery and was told it would be another half an hour. Waited the half and hour. Still no pizza. Called again and was told that the pizza was “going to be delivered soon”. By this time it was 11:30 Pizza never came. They refused to refund.
Ordered 2.5 hours ago. We have called twice. We live 3 minutes away according to google maps. The store has now closed. We have not received our order and they refuse to give us a refund. How can you take our money without giving us our food?
