I have never been to this Dairy Queen prior to 05/24/22 and I will not be returning. My sister, friend, and I showed up to the drive through @9pm when they close at 10 and every single light was off, including the menu board. We called to make sure they were open and they answered and said yes. We laughed at something after we were ordering and the employees though the ordering microphone mocked us. After we paid and got our ice cream we were pulling away and 3 employees opened the side door and scream laughed out the door as we pulled away. Super uncomfortable and weird experience. Absolutely won't be returning to this location.
After a week of experiencing the worst mental health of my life, I got the courage to leave my house. I’d been craving chocolate for days and stopped for a treat. After waiting in line for ten minutes despite being the only person in line and having ordered only a miniature blizzard, I was met with the most atrocious attitude and condescending tone for absolutely no reason at all. Thank you for reminding me why I should never leave my bed.
Go back to your old soft serve ice cream.the new ice milk is horrible.
rude drive thru worker denied us food, saying they were backed up, but only had 2 cars waiting.
Took a long time for food, fries were soggy and cold, burger was drenched in mustard. No good.
Visited 1/27 an hour before closing. There was a total of one person working. She did a very good job though. Honestly she made the blizzards so fast I thought she might have cut some corners but they looked and tasted great. She definitely deserves a raise in my opinion, 5/5 service and 5/5 blizzard. Unless she is the manager and put herself in that situation which I doubt, management gets docked a lot. That’s just not right no matter how short staffed you are.
Typically good. Sometimes can be a bit slow but no problem. The food can be okay at times. Good icecream though, of course!
I came through and ordered a large rotisserie chicken pieces only to get home and get four tiny pieces. I called the manager and she said I could drive all the way back which was more than 20 miles or she could fill out a complaint form and do nothing else. No offer to replace, and worse, ZERO apologies. $9 for 4 tiny pieces of chicken and a rude manager.
First they didn’t give me all my food, then they overcharged us, and finally when I went through the drive through for the third time the girl was so rude!
Any time an event let's out in ashwaubenon, this place gets slammed. They always handle it well and the quality doesn't drop. Concrete mixers are my favorite form of ice cream and they keep the flavors interesting.
